Very close to the train station, worth the 4 stars for the room. Breakfast little disappointing, but had a fresh coffee machine to make up for it. Will stay again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, very near the Guiyangbei Railway Station. They provide pick up and despatch service. The pick-up service is in the afternoon while the despatch service is in the morning. If you miss their time slot, do not fret. There is an underground passage from the Guiyangbei Railway Station to Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel. There is a self-service launderette. There are many eateries in the area.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Despite the late hour, they greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. As a foreigner, I felt incredibly welcomed—their kindness and professionalism stood out. The room was clean, comfortable. And their restaurant is so beautiful, the food was also nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly hospitable environment.

Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is difficult to find as there are numerous hotelier within the same building . Lots of eateries and shops near the hotel vicinity .

Hotel provide free train station pick up and transfer, and it really ease our trip since we are group of 4 adults with 4 big luggage.

Everything was great and the staff very friendly. I suspect the location might be a bit far north for some, but for me being so close to the station was just right.

Nice & helpful reception staffs. Friendly with information. Railway station and metro station not far away its just that initially upon arrival can be hard to find as one needs to go through a painful underground passageway with staircases without any escalator service especially with big luggage. Hotel wise clean. Check in is on the 19th floor. I booked a mountain view room as stated on trip.com website however for whatever reason was never given one.

The hotel was a little hard to find if you don’t read Chinese but I got there in the end. My Chinese is as good as their English but we managed to check in. A big clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was delicious but the coffee was a little bit weak. Handy for the station but the foot tunnel has no escalators so you need muscles if you have a big bag.

Excellent hotel at walking distance of the Guiyang North station. Rooms are on high levels with a great view of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet.

From the driver who picked us up from the train station, to the front desk staff and all other members of the team, 5 star service. Our room was spacious, clean and stocked with all the supplies needed for a comfy stay. Staff answered all our questions regarding transportation and gave us information on what sights are recommended. We were also dropped off to the train station on departure date, which was greatly appreciated since there is no escalators to the tunnel that leads to the train station. Sure the hotel is across from the train station, but with a 0.6 km walk up and down stairs, not an easy feat if you are a senior with luggage. We were also sent off with an assortment of snacks and bottled water for our train journey! Such a touching gesture.
