Good points: - Our room was enough big for my family with 2 children, nice view of the sea and pool. Negative points: - No hot water for the shower and the reception everyday lying to us that you will have hot water 30min later. Even there wasn't any water to wash hands for half a day! - The restaurant was completely closed. - The receptionist was always lazy and didn't have a good attitude when we ask for sth. (Except one Iranian receptionist who helps everyone at the hotel). - There is no room service! - No minibar. even no drinking water! - The AC didn't work well. - Very dark at night. - Far from the city center. - .... Unfortunately, the hotel manager didn't accept to cancel my reservation and we had to stay at this **** hotel for some days. I never ever do not choose this hotel even for free!

The staff is friendly, sincere and solution-oriented. It was a nice holiday, thank you very much.

The hotel is awful, all the staff are Bangladeshi, no interest or attention, they don't give you anything you want, there is nothing, the hotel is awful, we only went for 1 day and that was enough to see how bad the hotel is.

It's very bad, don't go, your holiday will be ruined. Shower heads are broken, there is no hot water, the blow dryer is broken. There are no hangers in the room. . The sheets are dirty. The air conditioner is not working, the elevator is broken, the employees are all from Afghanistan, they are not friendly, they are like wood. This is not a hotel, it cannot even be a hostel.

The hotel is a disgrace. No hot water, no cleaning. It's a very old hotel. All employees are Bangladeshi. The key did not open the door many times. We had to walk to the reception. Pillow cases are full of hair in the yellow toilet and bathroom. It's beyond disgraceful.
