The place has an excelente location, easy to get there. The room was cleaned and organized. However, there is no person at the front desk to ask questions or ask for help. The code for entering to the room was sent by SMS, but since we were traveling the service for SMS of our phone company does not work outside our country, so we did not receive the message since we were traveling. They do not have an e-mail address, so the check in instructions could not be send there. When we arrived to the place was late and we found the front desk empty even though we still arrived in the front desk service hours. We had a hard time contacting the hotel but luckily could get some help in calling the administration to get our room number and the code.

when we checked in the door was locked and we had to call the CS to get the code to open the door which they should have given before the check-in. Key box was located not in the usual place and there was a lot of confusion. We went out and came in the night and found the door locked and the keycode not working. wasted another international call to CS to check and instructions not helpful at all. had to force open the door . Horrible experience There was a huge cockroach in the elevator We paid for 4 person room and only 2 towels given . Had to go in the night and look in their storage for towels wont recommend this place at all

Great location very close to gojo station. The room atmosphere is quite nice. It is a self check in place which was kind of confusing but not bad.

It was cheap during the rainy season, which is a quiet time, and the facilities were clean and nice. I thought there was one problem. They didn't inform me of the security number in advance by email or anything, so I called the unmanned front desk on the day to find out. I think it's probably an adult matter, but I think they should have at least emailed me first. It would be recorded, and they said they would let me know how to check in later. I'm not against unmanned hotels to save money. But Tripp didn't know about this system either. I think there is room for improvement.

Very convenient for travel, close to Ninenzaka and Hanami-koji

Self check-in according to email message, no front desk attendant. The room is large and comfortable, and travel information is provided. However, there is no microwave, washing machine and other facilities that are convenient for guests. It is recommended to check whether you have received an email notification before checking in. If not, contact customer service immediately to resolve the issue.

Check-in is particularly troublesome. Don’t book.
