Well located, clean and good service. Reasonable price with friendly staff.

One of the best hotels I’ve been so far! I would come back for sure ! The services are kind of unique and entertaining ( movie projections, books to read, cocktails to try). The staff was very kind and helpful. One lady was especially welcoming and took her time to explain everything to us in perfect English . The location of the hotel is very good as well. Many restaurants nearby. Make sure to ask the hotel to book a seat at a restaurant for you since most of them were fully reserved and you don’t want to be rejected at the entrance because of that. Great experience overall .

Business Traveler. Hotel aesthetic was very cool from the basement library and kitchen to the Gin Bar. Service at check was fast and efficient. Room size was a little small but manageable (similar in size to many Japanese Business Hotels) so more than one person would be tight. Also might be difficult to work in the room but you can always go down to the basement where they have comfortable chairs and tables. Location was convenient and only a 5-7 minute walk to Kyoto Station. I would consider to stay again when I visit Kyoto in the future.

I stayed at premium suite, the room was very clean, big and we have access to the free lounge where has unlimited free snacks ,drinks for 24 hr . Absolutely amazinggg

Hotel with cozy vibe! Love it; though away from Gion/ Kyoto Kawaramachi but very accessible with bus.

Very clean and lovely hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. We will come back for next Kyoto trip!

Very nice place for young people, nearby the central station!

Facilities: I booked bunk beds, which were surprisingly comfortable. There were also outlets in the bed. The bathroom was also very good, with a separate wet and dry area, but there was no TV. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was impeccable. Environment: There was a coin-operated washer and dryer on the basement floor, as well as a coin exchange machine. It was quite practical and I didn't have to wait in line during my stay. There is also a kitchen, but I didn't use it, so I can't comment on it. Other public facilities were as described. The only downside was the lack of lighting in my room. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and they greeted me warmly. I give it a thumbs-up.

This hotel is great for long-term solo travel. The room was clean. There are plenty of amenities available, including a kitchen on the lobby level and in the basement, a Jin cocktail bar, and movie screenings. The laundry room is also nice, though it costs a fee. It dispenses detergent automatically, and the dryer works well.

It was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The bagel sandwiches and coffee in the morning were also delicious!

The room is small but clean. The guy with glasses at the front desk is very warm and friendly. It is close to the convenience store and the station. It's a good experience~
