Miyako City Kintetsu Kyoto Station Reviews

Perfect location for tourist as it’s connected to both Kintetsu and JR line.

It’s not easy to find out even I look for by googling. we confused with Tokyo 站前 hotel .

Hotel location is great. After taking the JR to Kyoto Station, no need to cross any streets, and we could walk to the hotel in a few minutes, as it is just located inside the station. Many shops, restaurants and Isetan are just next to us. We stayed there for a few nights, and we found breakfast are not exactly the same for all the mornings. It has some slightly changes in food. Hotel is clean and tidy. There is no corridor inside the rooms, could see the beds when opening the door. It has a dressing room and a walldrobe (not hanging rack). Room is quite, unable to hear the noise from train. In general, the hotel is good and worth for staying.

Location wise very convenient, it is located inside the same building as Shinkansen station. The City bus station also nearby, on the other side of the building. Lot of shopping and Aeon mall just a stone’s throw. There is a food court located on 4th floor of aeon mall good price. Hotel room is a bit dusty though. From window can see train passing through but will not hear the noise, good soundproof.

Fantastic location. Good service. You will not need to drag your bags outside Kyoto station. Very convenient!!

We had 2 nights in Kyoto before taking the Shinkansen to Tokyo. Hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to train station.

Spacious clean rooms, hotel looks nice itself located right in Kyoto station, easy access to transport straight from hotel. Staff nice and helpful

The best part abt this hotel is its location; it next to central train stations for all services; so super convenient for travelling to anywhere in Kyoto. Room is big enough, surrounded by eateries and shops for souvenirs!

The hotel is very convenient for those who want to have a short stay near Kyoto JR station. The train is just next to our room, we can even wave to the passengers.

Best locations n v clean rooms

Good and friendly service at checkin. Luggage storage is a do it yourself. Lovely. Room is big for Japan standard. Good view of the ocean. Shuttle to airport is a big convenient. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties and there is a Lawson and family mart next door and inside hotel. Overall, very positive experience.
