Simple hotel for the night with a great location near Kyoto Station. Room is standard size but it’s all I needed.

Pros - Good Location near the Kyoto train station and aeon mall. - Free breakfast with delicious food. - Although I left personal belongings after checkout, the manager(owner) is polite and help me to open the door. - Room is clean, big and easy to sleep. - Have all necessaries including TV, towels... etc Cons - cannot leave luggages after checkout

This hotel is "excellent" indeed, I was lucky to book this room at last-day discounted price, costed the same as a capsule but this is a proper ensuit room. Everything is super clean, all essentials provided, great for business and leisure trips!

Location wise, its very convenient but it isn’t the best hotel within its price range. They don’t accept luggage storage after checkout which is unusual in business hotels as far as I’ve experienced.

Second day. No bread for breakfast ! I ask why. Answer of the desk : hôtel is crowded ! Guys, you know it in advance, just buy enough bread !

The room is old, the location is average, about ten minutes walk from Kyoto Station, the hygiene is not very good, and the hotel does not provide luggage storage service, which is very inconvenient

The hotel is very good. It is very close to Kyoto Station. There are many delicious restaurants in Kyoto Station. There is a big shopping mall near the hotel.

Compared to the average Japanese hotel, there are many automated facilities. The friendliness of the staff is lower than other places. It feels business-like.

Next to it is the AEON shopping mall. There is a supermarket on the first floor. The products are much better than those in the convenience store. It takes eight minutes to walk to Kyoto Station. The Hachijo Exit is not as prosperous as the other side. There are fewer buses. The room is normal and clean.

This hotel is located near Kyoto Station, in a central location, and is very convenient to get around. I was quite surprised that it was small but well-equipped. It is also relatively clean and provides free breakfast. Although the room is relatively small, it is still suitable for staying here if you are out all day. There is an AEON shopping mall next to it, which is convenient and fast!

Good location, close to the station. The free breakfast is simple and filling. Hygiene, environment and facilities can meet the requirements. The service is also very good. If I go to Kyoto in the future, I will consider staying here again.

Considering the price, I was a bit worried about the plumbing, but the facilities were clean and the shower had plenty of water, so I was satisfied. The location was also convenient, next to Aeon Mall. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was weak.

Not far from Kyoto Train Station, in a corner of the AEON complex, breakfast includes toast and snacks. Since I was going to join a tour group the next day, it was very convenient to walk to the meeting point.
