It is located right next to the tallest building of Kuwait City where there is huge city mall. This is a 4 star hotel very well located, however a negative point is the breakfast which is acceptable but could be better. The rooms are good as are the beds.

Great value, amazing location. Next to Hamra Mall with many restaurants to choose from. Staff are really nice and helpful. They offer airport pickup and drop-off at no extra charge. One of my favourite hotels in Kuwait.

Decent business hotel. Good central business district location. Glen from the front office was a nice guy. Good clean rooms, ok breakfast net net a decent stay. Reasonably priced hotel rooms, complimentary pickup from airport included in the price which makes your life convenient if you are 1st time visitor in Kuwait. Hotel is next to a swanky mall with loads of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

Good experience, clean hotel and friendly staff. I stayed for 3 days and it was comfortable experience, undoubtably the next room was separated with a door and it was noise from the next room. Breakfast was good and all staff was friendly. At the pool music was to loud and is wasn’t possible to rest properly.

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular
