"This was my first time staying here, as I made a last-minute reservation. I parked on the second floor by mistake, but when I contacted the front desk, they came out right away and helped me out. I checked in late and checked out early in the morning, but the front desk staff was polite and I was glad. The bathroom in the room had been renovated, and although it was a little old in places, the coils in the bed were comfortable and easy to sleep on, and they had put a lot of effort into the amenities! It was the closest to the station, and it was easy to get to restaurants, so I'm glad I stayed here (^^) Thank you."
"I would suggest adding more English translations. All the signs are currently only in Japanese, which can be a bit challenging for non-Japanese speaking guests. Fortunately, the staff was proactive and used translation devices to communicate, so communication wasn't a major issue."
"It is good that parking is free. It is convenient to go to Misasa Onsen. I think it is the best hotel at a reasonable price. It is also good to take off your shoes and change into slippers."

"I don’t remember the specific hotel situation anymore. I booked it on behalf of my colleagues, and I didn’t receive complaints from my colleagues. It should be good overall~ I’ll try it myself next time I have a chance."
