There was a female staff at the front desk with a very bad service attitude. She was watching videos during working hours and refused to give me an extra room card. She was very unprofessional. The male staff was very nice, enthusiastic and professional. The room I arranged was at the end of the corridor on the top floor. It took a long time to get out of the elevator and pass through the stairwell. It was very scary. I will not stay here again.

No staff spoke english and using translator app did not work. Hotel and beakfast were lovely. Free washer and dryer, but all instructions are in chinese. Room was clean but very small, door locked but could be pushed open. Easy walk to Jiading train station.
