Very stylish boutique hotel inside the Ancient Town with high-quality beauty products and comfy beds. Very friendly & accommodating staff who tried to fulfill all wishes reg. breakfast (Western & Asian options) and offered pick-up/drop-off with golfcart. Delicious coffee & great terrace. Recommended!

Our time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

I was very pleased with my B&B. From the decor and the customer service, it's top-notch in my opinion. The room was spotless, even the balcony chairs were cleaned. The bathroom was fully Kohler, with an unexpected Hansgrohe shower. I didn't get a close look at the mattress, but it felt like a King Koil-quality one, and quite comfortable. The location is great, about a three-minute walk from the Twin Bridges. You can sit at the bridgehead until 9pm, watching the cruise ships slowly dissipate, and then return home later. Speaking of the service, the housekeeper was very welcoming and warm, something not many people can offer. In short, I'll see you next time I visit Zhouzhuang.

I was passing through Suzhou on a business trip and stayed at Zhaoye. The experience was excellent. The hostess was very kind and attentive. Since we had a 12-hour drive the next day, she even packed two coffees and some snacks for us. She even dropped us off at the parking lot! Overall, I felt really warmed! I didn't finish exploring Zhouzhuang Ancient Town in Suzhou due to a tight schedule, but I'll definitely be back! I hope to see you again.

Very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The aromatherapy in the room is also very pleasant. Most importantly, it is very clean and hygienic. The bed is comfortable and quiet, and I slept very well. The breakfast is also very delicious. 👌 I recommend staying here.

The housekeeper added WeChat a day in advance to inquire about the arrival time. The service was very considerate. After arrival, he drove us in and also reminded us that there was no entrance fee after 5 o'clock...

This is a great B&B with unique and stylish decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and my kids said they liked it better than the Marriott in Shanghai. The location is also great, right by a tributary river, very quiet. It's just a few minutes' walk to the bustling Shuangqiao Bridge and close to the boat pier. The breakfast was delicious and hearty, and the two front desk ladies were warm and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from Shuangqiao, yet still peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle. The room was my type, reminiscent of Alila's style, with a sophisticated and well-designed design. The river view, framed by large floor-to-ceiling windows, was breathtaking, like a painting. Waking up early and sitting quietly in the room, gazing at the river, felt like I could spend the entire day there. The facilities were also exceptionally high-end and clean, exceeding the standards of typical B&Bs. The service was excellent. Before check-in, the hotel manager called and added us on WeChat to provide advance notice of the scenic area. The hotel also provided a minivan to pick us up from the scenic area entrance, eliminating any worries about finding our way. Most touchingly, the service provided by the friendly and attentive service lady showed such a strong sense of ownership that I thought she was at least a shareholder. The driver, noticing we were tired from walking, even offered us water. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything. I would call this the most worthwhile hotel to stay in Zhouzhuang.

This is a new B&B with a very stylish design. The price is a bit higher than in Zhouzhuang. Although it has only been open for more than half a year, there is no decoration smell at all. I am quite sensitive to smells and I didn't smell anything. The breakfast is nutritious and well-balanced, and the dishes are beautifully presented, with both Chinese and Western food. The location is convenient for going to Shuangqiao. There is a shuttle to the entrance of the scenic area. The service of the hostess is very good. The lacquer fan is a good experience. I upgraded the room with Ctrip points. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Everything else is good.

The room was clean. We arrived very late and there was an electric car to pick us up. There was also butler service, which was very thoughtful. I would choose this place again next time. It's a real home with small bridges and flowing water. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

A very satisfying stay! Although the hotel is small, its design is definitely top-notch in Zhouzhuang. The public spaces and rooms have everything you need. The staff are fantastic and attentive, and the service is absolutely perfect! Breakfast is a set menu, but the ingredients are fresh and the presentation is exquisite. The iced Americano is especially delicious, and the juices for the children are also very well-mixed. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to visit Zhouzhuang again. I highly recommend it to friends visiting Zhouzhuang for the first time!
