Very clean and comfortable room. Hotel is located at a convenient area with lots of eateries. Great service from hotel staff as well!

I really impressed with this hotel, location, cleanliness and staff’s hospitality. It located next door to Golden house monument. Many food stores and restaurants around - from street vendors to nice restaurants. It is also very close to taxi stand. Staffs are so nice and friendly. Even though most of them don’t speak English, it is not an obstacle. They always try to help. When we came from sightseeing, there was a foot tub with some kind of herbs so that we can soak our feet for relaxing. Really recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked 2 rooms And the service was above expectation! Rooms was clean and quiet The staff 吕许一 陈瑞 付喻 龙小丽 helped us so much! Thank you! And there was others who was on duty which I didn’t get their names. I would choose to stay here again! The location is awesome as it’s close to all the local shops and night market for food and drinks. Breakfast is tasty and lots of option u can choose from. I also love the late breakfast option. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The staff also helped us to send some parcels And also assisted with luggage pick up and drop offs.

The rooms are big, nice, and clean. The attendants are so nice and very attentive. Breakfast per person per menu, and the portion is very big. Afternoon snacks are nice. Locations are close to shuncheng mall, parkson brilliant plaza, and lots of stores. Great stay!

The room was so nice, clean and not smelly. Some of hotels have weird smell, but this one no weird smell.. the location is strategic very close with Nanpeng Street and Suncheng Street. As a muslim traveler, it's easy to find halal restaurants. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.. recommended hotel to all traveller in Kunming area.

Location is good, service was good and attentive. They provide breakfast as we were leaving early as well.

Breakfast had a lot of variety and generous portions. Complimentary snacks (popcorn and mints) and beverages (tea and coffee) are provided. Service staff are polite and friendly. Room is comfortable and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and neatly maintained, and the location is excellent — just a short 5-minute walk to Nanping Pedestrian Street, which made exploring the area very convenient. A pleasant surprise on our second night — the hotel thoughtfully provided a massage foot soak bucket for our family, which made our stay feel extra relaxing and homely. The toiletries were a nice touch too — the shampoo and body wash had a lovely scent, and even the toothbrushes were of surprisingly good quality. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone we encountered was polite, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and great location. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

It's my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I came with my family last year. The service standard remains excellent. They staff are friendly and always helpful. This hotel is my first choice if i ever travelling to kunming. And i would recommend to others coming to kunming.

Everything is perfect! Location all walking distance, hospitalities was top notch, rooftop day and night was beautiful.

Location is within tourist attraction walking street so no front porch which is the only downside. Unassuming, humble hotel with most amenities available for short stay travellers. Well cleaned room and overall quiet stay (remember to shut the windows) for off peak season. Very fast and meticulous response from service personnel. Overall highly recommended place in Kun Ming for short travel. The hotel does not have a dedicated foyer for pick up and drop off. The nearest is street side drop off at 桥香苑过桥米线. The hotel is located within a shopping street. Hence no direct access to main road. The hotel facilities are okay except the toilet didn't have doors. The room might be more suitable for couple stay as some may prefer more privacy during their bathroom moments.

We had a very good experience with Babymoon Hotel. Situated in 金马碧鸡坊, the location of the place is very central to 南屏步行街. Although the location may seem far from the metro, it is very convenient if you didi around. There is a short rocky path - little experience of the how the old town is like, but rest assured that it is quite manageable with luggages. I really appreciate all of the assistance and patience rendered by the team - from getting my parcel from one month before my date of stay, to sending parcels within the country, and being patient when we decided to cancel their airport service because we couldn't wait any longer, all of these acts of service made our stay so enjoyable. Within the room, you can see the nice little touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although the room may not be the most spacious, the extra bottles of water to keep you hydrated, extra hair ties, tea and coffee for you to enjoy in your room were all nice touches. Overall, I am deeply touched by the team's effort in making our stay so enjoyable. Great effort!
