We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious and clean, hotel breakfast was good, food was aplenty near the cross junction. As we had a wheelchair, we used Didi whenever we went out. Everything was convenient. For foreigners, you might want to download Alipay App and tie it to your credit card. There is an in app Didi ride hailing service, equipment to Grab or Uber. It is a lot safer and cheaper that taking a taxi, since there is record on the platform, drivers can't scam you. Attached here are photos from Kunming Old Street, takeaway food from hotel nearby, and flowers from Dounan Flower Market.

Young man at check-in was polite & helpful, much appreciation to him. Room was large but dark with much wasted space, could have added a couch, table and some lamps. Sink was inconveniently placed away from the bathroom. Window was small, with view of other windows. Breakfast was good, with friendly & hard working staff.
