The reception was on second floor. It was a building shared by 2 other hotels. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure. Aircon was good. We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.

When I went to Kuitun, maybe it was the off-season in winter, so hotel rates were not high. I changed hotels every day. The previous hotels I stayed in either had poor soundproofing or small rooms. Some of the storefronts look very high-end. The internal equipment and facilities are seriously aging and it is unbearable to look at. Their hotel facilities should have been installed not long ago. Quite new. This hotel is a good choice for both business and tourism trips. It has a good value for money, convenient transportation, and you can take a Didi when you go out. There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel reception is on the second floor, you need to take the escalator. The guest rooms are on the 24th and 25th floors, with a good view, you can see the whole picture of Kuitun, the room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, breakfast is a cooperative breakfast shop, there are many kinds of porridge and buns, the buns are especially delicious, the bathroom is separated into two, which is quite convenient, there is a grilled fish shop downstairs that is very popular

房間乾淨，挺大的，房間裏沒有紙巾，早上退房時跟前台提了，他説我沒有問，我想這應該是房間的標配吧！在網站是看到有洗衣機和乾衣機的，因為我們需要洗衣服，才選了這家的，但洗衣房裡是沒有乾衣機的，而且洗衣機非常臟，最後服務員給了幾個衣架，衣服掛得到處都是，房間裏像升了萬國旗，體驗感很差。

乾淨整潔，熱水很好，洗漱方便，樓下就可以吃串，方便，不用跑很遠，忘記拍圖了，值得推薦，早餐在樓下隔壁早餐店，各種餡料的包子超級好吃。

來到新疆第一晚住的地方，房間很大，兩個大床睡得很舒服，服務周到，衞生乾淨。周邊新疆菜館挺多，味道不錯，這個酒店值得推薦。

整體還是可以的，周圍商業我還是相對比較豐富的，樓層也還是比較高，一眼望過去，把整個城市都能基本看完。

房間很大，洗手間很大，客廳很大，窗外能看到美麗的夕陽，第一晚住在奎屯，第二天去賽里木湖很方便，能減少車程，推薦入住！

酒店前台熱情服務，進店後房間升級，房間佈局合理，觀景房俯視奎屯，夜景很美！房間有兩個亮點，1、智能馬桶🚽，very nice，2.智能感應燈夜間如廁方便。總體感覺很好，休息了很久！

不知道為啥我住的那個房子，晚上地暖涼了，睡着啦，沒有開空調把人凍感冒了，但是酒店確實不錯，環境衞生，服務都可以的
