The room we had was good enough, but we stayed for 2 nights - on 2nd day, eventhough we had hang the "make up room" signage on the door, they didn't do it, and when I returned to the room at night, they asked to housekeeping to do it, but they didn't, instead, they moved me to another room which was an upgrade, still, they wasted my time for almost 2 hours just for it, and only giving a room upgrade - i asked for late checkout, but they don't want to allow

Decent hotel, no complaint. Please improve cleanliness and replace the old towel

The hotel was fully booked during festival seasons. Luckily we had booked in 2 weeks earlier via trip.com. The family room is spacious and the price is quite reasonable. Check in and out process is fast. It's around 15 mins drive to the shopping malls. The most important thing is that this hotel is clean and comfortable.

Near to the waterfront..staff is friendly and room is clean..

Spacious room, basic breakfast, low price, good WiFi. The Alfresco Restaurant downstair at Tower B offer nice and low price western cuisine.

Though the hotel is old, the room is surprisingly spacious. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. I also appreciate the separate bathroom and toilet, which adds to the convenience. It’s definitely a better option than hotels in the Jalan Padungan area. Unfortunately, I only stayed for four hours as my flight was rescheduled to the evening—just enough time for a quick shower, a short nap, and then I was off.

The hotel's location was perfect—conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, such as the gym and pool, which were well-maintained and inviting. One highlight of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options on the menu, and the staff provided excellent service. Overall, Hock Lee Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return on my next visit!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable, though a bit noisy near the lift landing. For a quieter stay, opt for a room further away from the lift. No hairdryer provided, so bring your own. I also reached out via WhatsApp prior to my trip but never received a reply, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, i enjoy my night at here. Silent place for healing. My room facing the river, just the mistake the window is dirty and cant see clearly the view of the river. The breakfast not bad also..just nice reasonable with the price.

Nice view and spacious room, with a decent selection for breakfast. However, towels were not changed daily.

Value for money and very close to my training location. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Recommended!
