First time in Kuala Lumpur and decided to stay here! The view from the pool is breathtaking! The apartments with two bedrooms are so comfortable and cozy!The location is the best I think,the Petronas towers are in 5 minutes walk.Recommend 100%!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I recently stayed at Star Residence KLCC and really enjoyed the experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, and KLCC Park—perfect for sightseeing or work meetings

We enjoyed our stay so much that we can’t wait to be back again. Everything was great - from location, check-in and out experience at the reception counter, cleanliness of the apt, housekeeping service to facilities. We really appreciate the good level of cleanliness and how well the apt was maintained. Thank you.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from KLCC, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and bright, offering a great view of the night scenery. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Not so friendly service from the front desk. Public facilities need to be keep clean and up keep. Unable to contact the hotel via calls and online.

Housekeeping service is very poor. The hotel lobby is not up to the hotel standard.

Very convenient location. Only issue is the toilet only 1 bathroom and was located in the master bedroom which is quite inconvenient when shared the room with friend

I did some research about the hotels near KLCC… when I saw the picture of the swimming pool and gym, I decided to give it a shot instead of booking proper hotel… What I can say is… the location is very good cuz it is 3 mins walk to twin towers and it is located in KLCC… if you have two days only, it is worth a try… But management of the service apt is a bit chaotic…cuz it is actually residential… you can not expect you can get the service like a proper hotel… When you wanna ask for something… you gotta go down to the lobby… and no one is at the lobby at night…. Kitchenware are so overused… I didn’t even wanna try to cook omelette with it cuz definitely it would get burned… Very simple set up in the room… If you wanna go to swimming pool, bring your own towels from the room… Good things is the rooftop swimming pool stay open till midnight and has an amazing view of twin towers at night… But not what I expected for the price…
