Good place and very luxurious apartment with WiFi and mini kitchen and balcony and 2 swimming pool really it's worth it to visit self check in but very late at 14:00 . Better to book from trip.com to get good offer

I had fun to stay at regalia. The pull is amazing a fun plus the vibe of this area is fun and many Indian and Pakistani restaurants are very nearby.

Great stay! The location is perfect, the place is super clean, and the amenities are all you need. The admin was quick to respond, and the check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Second times stay at here. Check in & check out instructions very clear and easy. Rooftop swimming pool with greatest kl city view! Can see twins tower, kl tower, TRX, love the scene especially at night. Homestay with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall very satisfied with my stay. Sure will choose here for my next visit to kl.

The kitchen is equipped with water dispenser and toilet have bath soap and hair wash. The hair dryer is old model but still usable. Check in strictly 3pm and cash deposit. Parking is troublesome. The lift is troublesome as keep stopping at different level as no level display. Definitely won’t come back to stay although the unit facing twin tower and is loud and noisy as near the train.

Check in extremely uncomfortable and difficult, complicated instructions which owner didn't send before. This turned out to be just an old, run down apartment, without any reception or anyone who can help guests. Room had no sofa or chairs, only 2 odd bar stools. Walls were covered with shelves, I felt like in a storage room! Even the big window was covered with curtains and big shelf, resulting in a dark room. The TV didn't work and I didn't see any directions for pool or gym which they claim to have. Tried to get some bites at the restaurant, but was told they only do buffet in the morning.

Aircond is not cold enough. Maybe bcause long time not service and maximum just can be switch to 18c , not 16. Even 18 is not enough to cold the room. And the heater for bathroom is not functioning.

The room is big and clean, provide netflix and youtube, swimming pool with skyline view, bed is comfortable. This is the second time I choose The stay hub agency because their service is fantastic. And I manage to get back my deposit on the day we checked out.

Place is big, but it's kinda old, and old amenities. Only a couple of choices to eat, although accessible to 2 convenient stores. Restos are quite expensive. Good wifi. It's ok. If I will be back maybe in a different unit. The attendants are nice and friendly. Near malls
