Excellent location, there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance to reach TRX mall, and have nice night city view.

I booked a Superior Plus room, but the room was small, and the low ceiling and dust made me feel suffocated. What really made me consider changing hotels was the design of the basement parking. They installed a car lift mechanism, which is highly impractical given the low ceilings throughout the building and the limited space to lift the cars. My friend’s car was even scratched due to the tight parking area and the poorly designed system. Additionally, the entrance to the parking area is a one-way path with no clear signage or instructions. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, definitely no next visit to this hotel.

This hotel is well-located in the city center but away from the bustling areas, offering a quiet sleep environment at night. The price is affordable, making it very suitable for business travelers. I will stay here again.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. Everything is fine during my stay but they really need to step up in terms of maintenance. Otherwise I love the location!

The worst experience ever in KL. The hotel is situated in a backyard that reminds me of a slum. We booked "superior" room, and were put into standard room instead. Only after complaining and long discussions we were moved into "superior" room, which was slightly bigger, but still far from superior. The breakfast was an offence, you can't call this even breakfast. Butter rotten and yellow, no choice and watery instant coffee, staff wearing dirty clothes......simply disgusting In Trip pictures a fancy entrance is shown, it's not from this hotel, it's a fake! Overall a complete disaster, never again!

Picked J by Dorsett due to the nearness to TRX and it did not disappoint. Check in for me was urgent but I did not have to rush because the service was extremely fast and efficient. Lemon water a the lobby during checking periods was a nice touch for a great first impression.

Friendly staff and quite location. Hopefully they can open possibility to have some snacks or some simple menus in the future,

The area is good, very near to TRX. For woman solo traveler, it might look scary because the area is a bit dark and quiet, as it is not in the main road, but worry less, the area is pretty safe. The room is so clean and neat. It was perfect for solo traveler, not too big and not too small. For couple, this hotel can also be your top choice. The most disadvantage is the room not being soundproof. I can literally hear next room boiling their water, showering, and laughing. Other than that everything is good. Perfect if you only visit your hotel for sleep at late night and wake up early. Location wise is super walkable to many landmarks like Bukit Bintang, Alor Street, TRX, and Pavilion.
