The service is good. Only downside is the noise insulation is not that good. Can hear the noise from next door. Security is good

Nice hotel and great facilitas but need more clean up and items in the room. Have a great time staying here. The swimming pool for the kids is nice but the infinity pool is need ticket and not available or kids. .

The access card to the lift was troublesome. It has to be attempted a few times, as you often miss your floor and need to make another trip. It will be very unfortunate for someone who may have an emergency. Apart from that, one the lift are not working. While other that works, the screen installed inside the lift are malfunction. Another one is, the room was checked/inspected properly before us. Attached is the evidence I found in the room. The management can do better, way better. The business must be very good that they overlooked a few things.

A very satisfying experience! The hotel room is clean，and the security measures are very good! The staff are friendly! The only downside is that the bathroom is made of transparent glass, which is inconvenient and a bit embarrassing to hang out with friends. Overall, I am very satisfied and it is worth the money.👍👍👍

Apartment paling sial jahanam babi setakat ni. Jangan datang stay sini. Service teruk, makan duit customer. Bagi Bilik rosak kipas & aircond. Pintu rosak takde lock. Mintak tukar bilik cakap bilik Full. Tapi lepaskan bilik rosak dgn customer. Bila mintak refund , dorg deal suruh kita keluar dari situ. Bila dah keluar pindah hotel lain. Tak bagi refund sampai ke hari ni. Diam tak respon apa apa WhatsApp. Memang celaka punya staff dan managment. Aku doakan bisnes korang lingkup. Jangan stay sini ya! Scammer! Tak bertanggungjawab. Makan duit HARAM

The aircond in our room was dripping. We got about 2 buckets of water dripping down. The floor was a bit dusty. Everything else was fine.

Really very bad experience booking this unit with this management team. Because when I step into the unit, the unit it self full of Cockroach running here n there surrounding kitchen cabinet area. Then I went down to the counter complaint with the issue n requested changing room for me with my exhausted whole day working mood. End up I got a replied from the team manager telling they have no rooms asked me stay with the room, then they will asked so called their cleaning spraying allowed me staying there. It’s really make up my temper I told them if you guys force me stay in the so inhygiene n un-cleanliness environments I’m now will make a police report will ask polish investigate on behalf the issue. At the end, the front desk manager only admitted gave me another new room.

I had a pleasant stay at Expressionz Professional Suites by MyKey. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchenette and a washing machine—perfect for a longer stay. The view from the rooftop infinity pool was stunning, especially during sunset. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location is central yet quiet, making it easy to access KL’s main attractions while enjoying some peace. Overall, a great value-for-money experience with a mix of comfort and convenience. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Stayed here as attending jomrun at Titiwangsa Park. It was a 10mins drive thus very convenient. Everything is good except that the living room aircond is not cold and in need of servicing.

I did not like this place at all and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. First of all, the check-in time being strictly at 3:00 PM is completely unreasonable. I arrived earlier, but nothing changed. They stick to the 3:00 PM rule rigidly. I was already there by 2:47 PM and asked the receptionist if it was possible to get the room a little earlier. The response was simply: “Wait for the key to be brought.” Eventually, the room was handed over exactly at 3:00 PM. I believe they barely manage to clean the rooms by then. This clearly shows a lack of flexibility. Many hotels and apartments are much more accommodating in this regard. The second major issue – there was absolutely no prior notice about the deposit. Neither during the booking nor afterward was I informed about the 200 RM cash deposit. This is a highly unprofessional approach. The information is only provided when the key is handed over. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never encountered such a surprise deposit policy. The room itself had an unpleasant smell. I asked the reception for help with my luggage, and they said: “This is not a hotel, it’s an apartment system.” That may be true, but would it really be so hard to show a bit of courtesy and help? Moreover, there were no slippers in the room, which shows that even the most basic comfort is not provided. The worst part was the situation with my phone. I had accidentally left it in the room. Fortunately, I was able to return and retrieve it — they had kept it at the reception. But during this time, no one tried to contact me. In other hotels, they would immediately reach out via email or WhatsApp if something like this happens. Here, they only responded after I messaged them several times. The check-out time is 11:00 AM, but check-in is set at 3:00 PM. That’s a very long gap. It should be considered that sometimes guests arrive early in the morning. At the very least, check-in could be adjusted to around 2:00 PM. As for the pool — again, there was no prior information. Only on-site was I told that using the pool requires an additional payment. Other apartments clearly communicate such important details via email in advance. That was also missing here. In conclusion: no customer orientation, poor service, zero flexibility. I would never stay here again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

There is no Netflix here, and you will need to pay another rm20 to enter the swimming pool. You will have to pay rm300 (CASH only) upon arrival and it is refundable. Quite frustrating because there is no view for my unit, and mind you, it is a sharing unit. I would rate it as 6/10.

At first, I thought the property accepted credit cards for the deposit, but it turned out they only accepted cash, Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough cash on hand, but luckily, I still had some Thai baht with me, The tall man who helped me during check-in was very kind and spoke politely, which was quite different from the man I met during check-out. If I have the chance, I would definitely love to come back and stay here again

Actually the unit is clean, but Maybe the drainage system got issue so whenever it gets dry it will allow the baby lipas to come out🤣 sofa is Broken cannot even sit, the rest is okay. We Paid early check in for rm50 bevause they so called “lugguage Storage” is full And not allowed to keep in their Office or lobby. the rest is okay, we stayed there for 5 days.
