Best lobby ambassador/ bell man. I don’t the name (he is in charge during daytime 1-2 August!) - ether front desk are like here for family gathering not working! The guy with different uniform at the desk (duty manager?) doesn’t give a damn to guests LOL. nothing much to complain but thank you to the Mr. BELLMAN!!

Good location closer to train stations and restaurant Value for money

A fantastic hotel for travellers on a long transit through KUL. The taxi trip from KUL is cheap, the hotel is extremely cheap for being a chain international hotel. The rooms are clean and noise free. Surely shall stay again when on a long transit through KUL

The hotel is clean, in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. The staff is friendly. The room is small. The breakfast is non variety and not delicious.

Location is right at the center of Kuala Lumpur nearby to Petaling Street and KL Sentral.

Stayed for 1 night during my trip to Malaysia as were bound to Genting onwards, so I requested them to keep my luggage in their storage for 2 days but the guy at front desk was resistant in keeping it and came up with vague excuses. Lastly, after asking them to give in writing that they can not keep my luggage, they agreed to keep it as an exception. But till then i had made my own arrangements. The hotel is located at 3 minutes walking distance to China town, so it is ideal for people wanting to explore Petaling Street. And the Pudu MRT Station is also just across the road.

The room is okay and Toilet is clean which is the most important. Comes with free basic breakfast.

Honestly could not recommend less. Breakfast is substandard bordering on inedible, checking in took close to 30 minutes despite having everything prepaid and all documents accounted for and room was dirty. Unsure of how they did maintenance, if they do it at all, as space was filthy. Left after my stay with rash which I believe was from the linen. Further, no amenities (despite claiming to have a book bar and business lounge) so can only assume they were further cutting costs. Overall would give a 2/10 with that only coming from its decent location. If you’re considering booking here think again and book either an apartment or a different similarly priced hotel or even a hostel, trust me the quality can seldom be worse.

Room is modern with clean toilets. Good 24 hour Indian eatery beside the hotel

The location is at the centre of KL city. Nearby to the temples and Indian restaurants. We booked a room for 3 adults and two kids. For us, the worriest thing was the unavailability of car park. We had to park our cark by the road side. The room is just so-so. Only one tv channel available for us to watch. No laundry bag provided. Breakfast choice was very limited : fried rice, fried meehoon, omelette, sausages, toasts, vadey, paratha and cereal. It was like eating at the common food stalls. The coffee was very very light, like using the same filtered coffee few times.
