Riveria City near KL Sentral with Sky Infinity Pool by COBNB Reviews

This is the worst booking ever. The room is extremely unclean and facilities are poorly maintained. Getting to the location is not the issue, but because this is managed by an external party, COBNB, that rents out rooms for AirBnb and short stays, they do a really a bad job at hosting. There’s a tremendous lack of communication between COBNB and ground staff, and I was denied entry.  My check in was significantly delayed as a result and the ground staff even asked me to pay an additional amount. It feels like extortion.  Upon alerting this issue to them, they claimed that this incident didn’t happen. It’s corrupted in short. If you are prepared for this, you can book this poorly maintained room with faulty devices - faulty hair dryer, heater not working well. Worst of all, you will get a room that overlooks the cemetery. I’m not kidding.  Book at your own risk - this is indeed a room from Hell.

Environment: This apartment is actually in a decent location. It's a 5-minute walk along the river to the subway entrance. But you really need to look for the navigation from the central station (the main navigation is also very tricky). Service: Check-in and check-out are really a big bug! Before departure, a link was sent to me saying that I had to pay a deposit of 200. I thought I would do it at the hotel front desk. As a result, there was no front desk, and there were several black guys standing at the door, all so-called apartment staff, waiting for people to come to check in. It's okay to pay the deposit at this time. Just wait for a few minutes. The problem is that there are several apartment names on this building, and these black guys looked confused when I looked at the confirmation slip. Anyway, I found the key after checking the deposit. Check-out is a must. I checked out early in the morning, and there was no black guy. The apartment front desk was not for this apartment. After a long time, I finally found how to check out in a bunch of English messages sent! The security brother was also dedicated and responsible. When he saw me open the mailbox room, he rushed over to stop me~ I showed him the English directly, and the security brother was also confused~ and couldn't help me contact the apartment black guy. After a lot of trouble, I finally put the key in the mailbox and left. In conclusion, the price of this apartment is OK, but the check-in and check-out are very speechless

People who have made reservations should be careful. This store will send you a link to pay a deposit online. Who dares to do that these days? The store didn't indicate it in the instructions, and they refused to negotiate a refund. However, Ctrip's customer service was very helpful and helped me get some compensation. Anyway, I just considered myself unlucky.
