If book a few nights , they will not clean the room for you unless you insist and say will give a bad review if don’t cleans. Price have gone up and I feel have better options nowadays.

3 out of 4 elevators broken. We had to wait, every time we went to or from our rome, more then 20 minutes to hop on the elevator. Actually feeled kind of scary when you are stuck in a building at 17th floor (Out of 53). The worst of it all, is that the reception workers -especially the big fat boy and his short good looking boyfriend- are rude and don't even try to show any compasion. We came to KL to visit cool tourist stuff, not waiting for a elevator and being laughed at by some fat kid. Rooms were clean though, looked good and pool is amazing (just not enough sitting spots). Yet, this does not compensate for our experience, especially at this price. Therefore 1 star. And I did not even mention our checking in experience, and trying to -with help from trip.com- cancel / refund / compensate our booking. Definitely do not recommend.

I had an excellent stay!! The property was spotless, with top-notch cleanliness throughout. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, stunning views from the room. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff too. Highly recommend!

My family and I traveled all the way from Terengganu, and Riveria City made our stay in KL unforgettable! We loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and the comfy beds made it hard to leave in the morning. The city views from the big windows were absolutely stunning—perfect for our morning coffee! Plus, being so close to transport and shopping made our adventures in KL so much easier. We had a blast and can’t wait to return!

My stay at Riveria City was fantastic! I chose it because of its unbeatable access to public transport, especially the LRT at KL Sentral, which made traveling to meet my friends a breeze. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the station, and I could easily get anywhere in the city. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-located, making it the perfect base for my trip. Highly recommended
