Very nice and clean and nice decorated apartment and equipped

From solo traveler or businessman view, it is good enough for short term stay. The location is very convenient to the city centre. The only thing need to fix it, is bathroom: water leaking mark on ceiling.

Overall, the room is for an overnight stay, nothing more. The declared view of the tower was not there. A very strong smell from the shower drain throughout the apartment, when we opened the net, we saw worms inside😶 There is a kitchen, but no cooking utensils, there is a washing machine, but no powder, there are sockets, but it is without USB, we had to buy an adapter for 220. A lot of other people's hair in the room, especially at the entrance and on the carpet. The sofa has collapsed on one side and it is impossible to sit on it.

I do not recommend booking here or any of the unit owned by Lila Suites. They are not very responsive if you have issue on the room. I am not so picky but this is terrible. Stains are everywhere. It is not pleasant to stay here. A total disappointment. The owner did not want to refund our money even though the unit is not livable. Please improve your service especially the cleanliness of the room. Look at the sofa. I can’t bother to sit there. I know it’s already stained but please put at least some cover to make it a bit pleasing. They kept offering another unit but it was all the same in terms of cleanliness. Very dirty. Not recommended for multiple night stay.

spacious room…near to everything..will repeat again

The overall condition of the assigned unit is barely acceptable despite the room type looks totally different from the illustrated photos. there were two double beds sitting side-by-side in the only bedroom unlike the photo shown where only one double bed sitting in one bedroom each. The most disappointing factor was actually extended from the service side. First of all, no clear check-in and check-out procedures were given until we reached right outside the building. I tried to ask about early check-in availability, but besides than emphasising about the extra charge per hour of early check in and late check out, the person in charge never answer to question and even ask me whether I have made my booking even though I have already forwarded my booking confirmation to them the day before and even gotten their response to confirm. Yet, the most disappointing part happened when we found the aircon in the room was actually leaking while the two of us who sleep right below the aircon unit were awaken by having water dripping when we were in the middle of sleeping. After telling the person in charge about the issue, we got not just late response but also perfunctory “checking” telling us that the aircon should have no problem already without having technician to thoroughly check, without any tool (receptionist comes and check with no tool in hand), and ignore my request to change room. The toilet was in indescribable stinky smell all the time too.

I check in a bit late, the agent was waiting patiently, no prob with booking since i insist to get 2 queen size bed as i booked in trip.com, fortunately this room is satisfying comfortable not like my sister's room which got bedbugs, i think they have not change the bed quite long or the matress too old then build up some bedbugs on it.. poor my sister cannot sleep at all.. facilities good and near food stall and supermarket (just in walking distance) anyway.. the toilet smell bad although ive bought few room spray and put more soap and the toilet. Maybe you should do something with the bad smell..

I stay with family about 4 days and i really happy with my stay there. Spacious, clean, many amneties, near public transport..ease as breeze. Look forward to stay there again

No wifi and towel provided. Tissue and shower foam were obtained after we requested. Bathroom cleanliness was bad and smelly. Overall, bad experience with Lila Suites.

RM200 deposit is required via online banking. Promptly returned in cash form upon check out. Please contact the number provided to get check in information. If you drive using Waze, it will guide you to the main road, so use the Google location provided by the PIC in WhatsApp (parking entrance is at the back). Call upon arrival to get the room number, key and car park location from PIC at the lobby. When check out, also call to return key to PIC at lobby. Gym is well equipped. There is a connecting bridge to Quill City Mall next door at L2. Service wise, PIC prefers you to call. We didn't have iron in the room and called to request for one. Took us a few msg and calls before they managed to get the iron ready. Advisable to state inside special request and remind the PIC before your check in. Bathroom has some smell from the ventilation, might be the same for all the units. Layout is spacious and nice. Bed is a bit too soft. Sound proofing is quite good considering that it is by the main road. Wifi connection is good. We did our online meetings without interruption. Shampoo and body shampoo provided. One of the bath towels has some smell. Kitchen and fridge working well. Overall is worth the value and very convenient. Will be good if can fix the smell in the bathroom (still bearable). Next to Medan Tuanku Monorail. For the key card for lift and car park entrance, the response time might be a bit slow so jz hold to scan for a bit longer.

The room is excellent, but we are not able to check out early and are not able to contact the person who checks in us. We have to wait till 12pm check out time

Strategy location, walking distance to shopping mall, will come back to stay here! Much better if can provide bathroom mat & kitchen towel..
