For location is YES , i gave 5 star. But for customer service its a bit messy. Said everything is ready. Unfortunately the room is not ready for us when we arrived at 7pm. 4hrs from check i time. Hopes after this the hotel management will do more better

I was at the lobby at 11am but was informed room was not ready but I am allowed to keep my bags. When I return back at 2am,I found no towel in the room,since there is no other option to contact the reception,I came down.Waited more than 10 min and later I found a emergency contact handphone number.So I called and answered by 1 Indian national lady and told me that no towel to give and ask me to wait till 8am because the housekeepers will only come at 8am.This is my worst experience that I have sleep without a shower. The best part was the Indian lady hang down the phone when I ask her what is the solution This kind of hotel will tarnished Trip.com’s name

There was no towel in the room, and even when I asked the front desk for a towel, they gave me a dirty towel and said they would take it to my room later, but they didn't come, so I went to the front desk, but they said there were no more towels." It's the first time I've ever seen a hotel that doesn't even prepare towels.

It was ok. Stayed with family. Nothing special. Ok to stay..

The staff is of great assistance and the hotel is close to establishments. It’s also a 10-minute walk from Bukit Bintang station. They’ve got almost everything you might need. If you’re from another country, be warned that their electrical plug is type D so you might have to buy or bring an adapter.

I booked Kingston Hotel 1 at bukit bintang but when I arrived at the hotel the counter staff told me thatthere was no water supply at hotel and under repairing. So I asked her any option then she transferred me to other chain at Kingston Hotel 8 at Jalan Pudu the location not as good as the one at bukit bintang. Then she told me that can back on the next day but end up the water supply still not yet restored on the next day. So I have to stay 2 nights at Kingston Hotel 8.i felt very disappointed the way they handled the issue. On the 2 February when I checked the Kingston Hotel 1 at trip app they still available for booking so if water supply still not yet restored on 2 February why the trip app still available for booking!?

Walking distance to Jalan Alor. There were a lot of ladies standing around the hotel. My family members suffered from itchiness due to the bed sheet. It was not really clean.

No water for bath in the morning. We had to buy mineral water for bath.

Overall the hotel was good.. Only a bit of disappointed because been changed when check in.. Even though the time not considered early check in.. But because of the excitement surrounding, just ignored the bad feeling.. 😂😂😂

Great location in Bukit Bintang near jalan Alor and shops, but trip.com refers to wrong address on Google map - need to look up sungei wang hotel on 74-76 not 4-76. Old interiors but manageable if one is not fussy. No hairdryer, someone borrowed from counter and they don't have anymore. Long line of dust behind door which was not cleaned.

Best and comfy place to stay, easy access to find food and beverages. Love to stay here next time.

The service officer at the customer desk by the name of Nurul. She’s very helpful & polite during my stay at the hotel almost 1 week (1/7 - 7-7/2024) Credit to her. Keep it up the good customer service attitude.

For those drive need to park the car at the paid parking lot in the short distance parking area. Hotel only provide hair dryer upon requested but it was spoilt. Despite the hotel located in the place that no parking lot provided, however the surroundings is full of food & beverage, shopping area which walking distance can be reached.
