The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room, quiet. Amenities in good condition. Breakfast selection was okay. Many nearby eating outlets. We had late night snack at bistro across the road. Photo included. Walking distance to Lot 10. Enjoyable stay I must say.

It was an ok accommodation. About 10-15 mins walk to Pavilion Mall. Different room facing can have quite different configurations.

Faboulous hotel with enormous rooms. Really needs a bar and restaurant to make it 5 star though.

All staffs here are very polite and gracious.They even book grab to ferry us KLCC when the bus was delayed, service was excellent.

I will give 9/10 ratings. I love this hotel, the service, the location, the cleanliness but 1 point deduct because i dont get what i requested. Its my family first time staying this luxury hotel in center of kuala lumpur so i request to get room with good view and high floor but its a waste i only get stay at lower floor and another building is our view.

Its great to be back.. No.1 choice for accomodation whether its for leisure or business travel.. Hope the pillows can be changed as they are too soft.. Will be back again in December 2025 again..

Honestly, am not impressed at all. The steam room for men is just for show... The panel’s doesn’t even turn on. The 31-floor skypool vibe is ruined when people show up in no proper swimwear. It’s feels more like a public bathhouse than a 5-star place. Amenities are not 5-star quality at all. Feels more like a dressed-up budget stay. Security guards should offer to help open / close car doors... Soundproofing: We can hear our neighbour’s toilet flush and door slamming from morning to midnight. It would be good if soft-closing doors were here, not the kitchen cabinets. They should be more generous with toiletries... I'd appreciate newly opened toilet roll, not opened/used toilet rolls as you claimed it for the sake of environmental friendliness, honestly speaking. It's a 5-star, not budget hotel, after all. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay paying a premium for a 2-star experience in disguise.

Spacious room with bathtub. Near to Alor street to get food but the only thing not so nice is the TV is old. The resolution is not nice. Overall is a worthy stay.

Easy and fast check in. Friendly staff and good location to access for eatery areas.Love the self service coffee machine.

Staff were very helpful, especially the security guards at front of hotel. Staff would greet you with a smile. Location is just a bit out of Pavilion shopping centre. Lots of food places and bars nearby. Excellent facilities at hotel.

Was greeted by friendly reception upon check-in. Hotel breakfast was just so so. Purchased breakfast for 5 nights and we only went down for 3 days. Choices for breakfast was not much and items are almost the same. Everywhere is walking distance to Pavilion, Lot10, Jalan Alor. Location is acceptable.
