I made a mistake booking this apartment and I do not recommend it at all. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty, with stained bed sheets, broken furniture, and no towels provided. During my 6-day stay, there was no cleaning service at all. Despite repeated requests, I was never given a second key. Once you pay, there is no flexibility to shorten your stay—even if you are unhappy with the conditions. Breakfast had to be booked separately online, and it was very poor quality. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Avoid booking this place.

Very strategic location. Near to PWTC LRT station. Just 4 min walked away and near with Sunway Putra Mall.

The accommodation was great. Room was spacious. Various amenities including pool and gym. Lack side was pillows too thin, noisy motorbike at 2 3 am making difficult to fall asleep. Registration taking too longgg. Other than that was good

My first time check in on 12th August for 1 night I got a big room apartment with 2 bedrooms, it wasnt our best stay but we did arfive late late and checked out at before 11am, then we checked in to another room, smaller than the first but much better for our 2 nights stay. Breakfast was good. Regret not trying out the pool.

We just checked in and saw a TV problem (no display), when we reported it and there was no follow-up action from the hotel and the other ok

Excellent service. Amenities are 100%. Staff are very helpful and polite. Location of chambers is convenient close to metro station..

We got an event at MItech. Just 10min away. Hotel also near lrt station and got restaurant nearby.

That night, my friends ordered food via Grab. They left the room and went down to the lobby to pick it up. After 40 minutes, there was still no news from them. I tried calling, but couldn’t get through. Turns out, they were trapped inside the elevator on the 13th floor! The elevator was stuck mid-level, and they had to be pulled out by security. It felt just like a scene from a movie — a horror memory for our holiday. When we asked the hotel for compensation, they said it was the security’s responsibility, not theirs. They didn’t even say sorry It feels like our lives didn’t matter at all! If something happened to my friends, I think they don’t even care. Now my friends are scared of taking elevators.

Amazing place to visit. They also have washing machine & you can cook too.

Got two rooms, spacious and clean. The room design very exclusive and all necessities are provided. nearest convenience store at lobby makes us easier to buy foods and drinks.

The condo near grocery and convenience stores but after 10 pm the unit above us is very noisy, and 12 am onwards there is a noise outside from a motorbike it is very loud and we couldn’t sleep.

- check in / out is +/-15mins is better - people’s all waiting for 3pm make the lines service take per person 5-7 mins. 5 to others all waiting more then 30 minutes above then can go the rooms 3:40 Above Thanks

Unit was perfect, cozy and decorative. Love the privacy. Just that they have stricter policies on check in and check out, but the staffs were really helpful in making every process went smoothly
