It was a nice stay but cleaning service wasn’t available and it was hard to get check in as there was an issue with the hotel

Love the view. The location, somehow accessible in terms of grab/taxi. I think the lifts were busy at that time.

We enjoy our stay as a couple for 4 days and 3 nights with no hustle. The receptionist is very nice and approachable, we only give 100 Malaysian ringgit for our deposit and they will return upon check-out. The room is nice, water heater, aircon and everything inside the room is good and okay. Also the door is digital lock, so you must follow the instruction given by the receptionist on how to open the digital door. Over all our stay is smooth and nice. I must recommend to stay in this place 👍👍😊

Amazing place to stay😃

Staff is nice, room is big, but unfortunately daily cleaning was not possible at this hotel, also the smell was coming from the pillows and covers. We only had 2 towels, no hand towel, no hair towel… And even when we asked for more we didn’t get them. The shower didn’t have a door or curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet when we shower. The pool was so dirty we couldn’t swim in it.

Aircon did not work and I called the number in Email and the guy said that he is not our agent. I need a refund instead.

Using E hailing services from ceylon hotel to Pavillion cost me less than rm10 due to the strategic location. Behind lobby got a convenient store. On top of that, our toilet room don’t have towel hanger which supposed to have.

Upon check-in, the property will require you to pay RM200 as a security deposit. However, they won't refund you upon check-out. You will need to contact them by yourself to get back the refund. Additionally, you must fill up all the details via the GOOGLE form which asks you many questions just to get back your refund. They don't even have a system to track who are you.

Nice and pleasant stay in the Studio Suite. Check in was easy as there is a manned counter. Nice view of the KL Tower and city skyline.
