Palau Central Hotel Reviews

I stayed for four days. On the second morning, they knocked on my door intentionally at 8:30 am and asked me to clean the room. I was still sleeping, so of course I refused. Then they didn't come to clean the room for three days, didn't give me towels, and didn't give me water.

Very friendly and helpful. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was ok and some good food in the restaurant/bar.

We shifted to the hotel from another one in the early morning before we went for sea activity. We saved our bags in the front desk. Hotel staffs were very friendly and gave us towels for sea activity. After came back to the hotel, we found our room was arranged at the third floor with rock island view, which was great and worthy of the money. The room was spacious and very clean. There was even an elevator for going up to the floors. Though the breakfast was somewhat simple, but it was enough to us. We loved the warm memories at the hotel.

This may be the nicest small hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of traveling. The staff are great, so friendly, so kind & they WANT to take of everything you may need! I will stay here again on my next trip. I can say "I FULLY recommend this hotel"!

An unexpected bonus in the city center, there is a bar on the first floor, recommended for people who like lively places. However, there will be noise in the room until one or two o'clock in the middle of the night. The room decoration is quite unique.

The breakfast in the hotel is so delicious that it makes me cry

The location is very good, in the center of Palau. It is very close to restaurants, and there is a large supermarket not far from the hotel, which is said to be the largest supermarket in Palau. Although the hotel is not big, it is very clean and the staff are very proactive. I forgot a piece of clothing when I checked out and even sent it to my next hotel.
