We spent there an amazing time!! the whole of restaurant team was wonderful and so kind.. we want go back there for that people!! the hotel rooms was beautiful. in my opinion food should be more good and more varied but there was a lot of food so everyone can find something for themselves.

Staff are very kind Veysi Acacan and MatyarMahmut are very servicemined and polited. So fun and kind. When you meet them you started to love them! They always have one caind word and a nice smile to all guests! We feel very welcome and seen! The hotel are topclass and they help you if you need

I’ve spend a week vacation with my wife here. The location at the seaside is in the quiet zone of the city. Neat and clean place with trees and flowers around. Our standard room was of high standard, equipped with all you need. Room service was efficient and polite. Food was just perfect: all tasty and the number of dishes just enormous. Hotel’s personnel was very kind and always at our disposal. Swimming pool or the hotel beach to choose from. Absolutely wondrous place at a very fair price . I strongly recommend the hotel to everybody looking for a perfect relax.

I just came back from Dizalya hotel. Very nice hotel! Amazing food, so much and variety for everyone. All day you can have a coffee. Rooms every day are cleaned, all object is very clean and nice. Very nice animations every day, for adults and also for kids. The staff very friendly and helpful with anything you want. The sea is by the hotel and you can have a free sunbeds. The bar in hotel is close by the pool and also by the beach. Everything on big plus! Recommended!!

The hotel itself isn’t too bad, you get what you paid for, but bloody hell, did not expect 4* to have such awful staff! The staff really did ruin our trip because you remember how people treat you more than anything! I paid extra for laundry and the fuss they cause when I told them they didn’t iron our clothes properly but still wanted to get paid fully! Awful people! Would not recommend this place!

this hotel is just a comedy. the food is disgusting, the drink and by that I mean with Pepsi is disgusting. the beach is a parody of the beach. the environment of the area is about nothing. the waterslides stop flowing even when children are on the waterslides. just to save money. It's a cheaper hotel, but don't come here. you will ruin your vacation!!!!! In turkey its lot of good hotels And cheep but have good food And top beach this hotel dont have nothing.

Was at the hotel from 06/01 to 06/09/2023, flew with two children. I am not a very picky person in food and for me there was an abundance of food, it is simply impossible to stay hungry. Soups, meat, fish, several types of olives, several types of cheeses, vegetable salads, simply chopped vegetables, fruits (apples, pears, kiwi, watermelons and sometimes melons) are on the table every day. For children for breakfast, balls and rings with milk, pancakes, cereals (rice, semolina). Meat for lunch and dinner is always cooked differently (stewed, baked) and served with different sauces, i.e. During my entire stay at the hotel, I never got bored with food and there was no feeling of monotony. We must not forget that this hotel has 4 stars and, of course, coffee and juices were instant from the machine (but this moment is not very important for us). Every day, the snack bar served hamburgers, fries, baked fish, spaghetti and bolognese sauce, and an employee bakes tortillas with cheese and meat (your choice) in front of you. From 23:00 to 00:00 night soup is served, and from 00:00 to 05:00 there is a nightly breakfast. The concept of the hotel is made so that you can eat around the clock :)))))). The pool is clean, well-groomed, they swam in it daily, for children there is a separate shallow pool with a roof, which is important in case of strong heat. There are water slides, they work on a schedule, they rode, they liked it) adults and children have fun there. The only downside I found was the beach. The beach at the hotel is very small, there is a pier nearby and therefore it is not comfortable for me to swim there. But we went to Alanya to Cleopatra beach, we liked it much more. Drive from the hotel to Alanya 11-15 min. There is nothing around the hotel, lovers of walking in the area will be bored, there are several shops (the price tags are too high) and a pharmacy. But our way out of this situation was a trip to Alanya :))) there is something to see. This hotel really rest mostly Germans, Poles. To sum up: I think that the price-quality ratio of the hotel is very excellent! I would go there again :)

Была с 11 по 25 июня с подругой и её двумя детьми через туроператор LMX (Германия) Трансфер 2:15 ночью без остановок, высадили предпоследними. Поселили с боковым красивым видом на море. Но небольшая дорога вдоль отеля шумноватая. Понимаю, что все настроение зависит от поселения. И наш отдых удался! С другой стороны отеля хлам какой-то, а не отель. Не хотела бы жить с видом на него. Наш отель- это длинная полоска к морю. Между корпусов дорожки, зелень, цветы, гамаки и пара столиков. И котята:) Бассейн небольшой, но почти возле моря. И бар, и столовка тоже. Самое приятное - детский клуб возле моря. Но с очень маленькими детьми в этот отель ехать не советую: много лестниц, обрывистый спуск к морю, да и само море у побережья вечно грязное и волнующееся. Мы иногда ходили в Арию, там искусственная бухта, но запах моря не всегда хороший. И вообще много вонючих сточных вод в Конаклы текут в море. Я прошлась по побережью аж до Сапфира. Иногда шла с закрытым носом. Мне нигде не понравилось. Наш отель лучший. Пляж маленький, но можно плавать с пирса, буйки далеко. Хотя и на глубине море было иногда очень грязное (перемолотые отходы с кораблей). Что понравилось? Красота, отель на берегу близко к морю, развлечения. Я таких занятий за 25 лет путешествий в ол-инклзивы ещё не видела! Кенгу-стэп, стрельба из лука и ружья ( всё с 16 лет) , водная аэробика на батутах и велосипедах, стэп на батутах, профессиональная йога с трио музыкантов - супер!!! Ну и конечно дарц, боча, аквааэробика с палками. Волейбола нет. Шоу хорошие. Раз в неделю приезжает дискотека с танцовщицами. Пенная вечеринка тоже с танцовщицами. Вечером очень романтично. Красиво. Много пальм. Столовая и бары с видом на море. Питание слабенькое, но нам хватило. Мороженое мягкое с 11:30 до 16:00 - это главное!))) Есть ночной мини-буфет. Но там кот ест колбасу прямо с общего блюда))) Аниматоры хорошие. Убирали хорошо. Вообще весь персонал добрый. Очень удивительно. Но много дополнительных расходов. Сейф 2 евро в сутки. Обмен пляжного полотенца 1 евро. Фрэши, коктейли платные. Клуника, черешня, ананас и манго порезанные - платно. Ещё мы ездили с аниматорами на турецкую дискотеку , 15 евро с человека, нам очень понравилось, красиво (даже в туалете), музыка хорошая, остались довольны. Коктейли правда очень дорогие - 15 евро. В общем, отдых понравился и мне, и подруге, и её маленьким детям (10 и 5 лет) Приеду ещё раз в этот отель с 16ти летней дочерью. Сама нет. Я люблю чистое открытое море.
