After our live aboard we stayed here again. We got the same friendliness. We were invited to their Christmas 🎄 party and they made us feel very welcomed. The morning of our departure my phone crashed. Without a y hesitation the drive me to every shop they could find to fix my phone. What hotel will do that? Such hospitality made our stay fantastic. We can highly recommend this stay.

The hotel was old and run down, the staff was very attentive but they didn't speak English well and it was difficult to communicate with the people at the restaurant.

No one answered the call, so I reported it to Ctrip. They couldn't contact them either. I took a taxi later. It was originally said that there would be free fried potatoes, but on the day of check-out, it was no longer available. They said it was no longer free. I told the front desk the day before that it was ok. 2 I clicked to check out, but was asked to check out at 12 o'clock, and had a bad attitude, saying that it was impossible to check out at 2 o'clock. Like hello, goodbye, thank you, and I love you (manual laugh). Maybe their hotel is not the best, but their service attitude must be one of the best hotels on Komodo Island. During those few days on Komodo Island, I was very happy to get along with them. I hope I will have the opportunity to go to Komodo Island again next year.

The hotel is a little old. Worth what I paid. It's a bit far from the centre, so to get around you need to have your own transport or rely on grab like I did. The staff is always smiling and super friendly as almost always happens in Indonesia.

The location is not in the center, not close to the beach, but you can't swim anywhere in the city, everything is littered with garbage. In any case, you need a scooter or a car. Good clean rooms, not new, match their price, everything works. Air conditioners are well located. Quiet enough at night, comfortable beds. Slept great. There is a kettle with a set of tea and coffee. There is no refrigerator in a cheap room, but you can easily leave everything in the restaurant. Drinking water is free at any time. Breakfast is a good buffet. Fried bananas are offered for free after lunch. In general, the choice of dishes is small, they do not offer meat, but everything is tasty, no more expensive than any city cafe, and comfortable. The service is excellent in everything. Transfer to the airport is free.

Located about 2kms from the harbour but Grab moto taxis are good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. My delux double room was spacious. The aircon unit was very quiet. The TV had a number of channels but none in english. There was bench space to lay clothes and two coathangers Lighting was very good. The bathroom is of decent size with a segregrated shower. Excellent hot water and water pressure. The room is cleaned daily if that is your desire. The shared balcony area was for three rooms. I had a table, bench seat and a clothes drying rack. For breakfast they have an Indonesian buffet or three different western options which was basically different omelets. The hotel maybe away from downtown but you enjoy the benefit of peace and quiet as well as the value for money accommodation.
