Please kindly allow us to inform you that the additional charge of 1,000 Thai Baht for the additional person was due to the reservation update of 2 adults and 1 children. Inclusive in the price of the additional person are the extra bed along with extra amenities such as towels, tooth brush, and etc. In regards to your feedback on our breakfast, we offer a variety of options. However, your feedback has been forwarded to our Food and Beverage Manager. Please kindly allow me to inform you that the elephant safety is one of our top priorities. It is not safe to have multiple elephants on the land that we are currently accommodating our elephant family. We work very closely with Samui Elephant Haven to ensure the needed safety requirements. Along with that, we recommend you to join the Discovery Tour at Samui Elephant Haven, where there are more elephants.
