Terrible hotel! Do not recommend! We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The staff is completely unhelpful and shows no understanding of guests’ situations. Customer service is an absolute nightmare — it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. They don’t answer phone calls, ignore messages, and respond to emails with cold, generic replies — if they respond at all. The service is awful. There is a complete lack of care or responsibility. We had an issue that needed urgent attention, and the hotel simply didn’t care. No effort was made to understand or resolve the problem. We deeply regret booking this hotel. The service is terrible, communication is nonexistent, and the staff attitude is dismissive at best. If you don’t want to ruin your trip, avoid this place at all costs

Elephant Beach Club: Chill Spot with Good Vibes Elephant Beach Club is basically where you go on Koh Samui if you want to chill, eat good food, and vibe by the beach. It’s right on Chaweng Beach, so the location’s a 10/10 for that “Instagram-perfect but also I’m here to have fun” energy. The Vibe: It’s got this boho-tropical setup with colorful bean bags and loungers facing the ocean. During the day, it’s all about kicking back with some mellow tunes, but as the sun sets, it gets lively with DJs and parties. Basically, a spot that goes from “laid-back brunch” to “let’s dance barefoot on the sand” real quick. Food & Drinks: The food? Solid. A mix of Thai classics and international stuff—so everyone’s happy. The seafood platter is legit, and the Elephant Mojito is dangerously good. Drinks are a bit on the pricier side for Thailand but worth it for the beach vibes. Service: Staff is super friendly. They check in just the right amount, not overly hovering, which is perfect. Bonus Points: They’ve got water sports like paddleboarding if you’re feeling active. Or you can just people-watch and soak up the sun. Oh, and the parties? Fun, but not wild-wild—just the right level of energy. Final Take: Elephant Beach Club is the kind of place where you show up “just for lunch” and end up staying for sunset cocktails and late-night music. Definitely a must-hit if you’re in Koh Samui and looking for a chill day-into-night spot. Rating: 4.5/5 – super fun but still chill.

Terrible service took my daughter there and it’s nothing like the pictures. The swimming pool was disgusting. The sunbeds had black mould all over them. There was rubbish all around the sunbeds. The planes are so noisy going over we asked for a refund and the manager refused that so we booked a hotel anyway further down the beach. The water is also very scummy down the end was very unhappy with the service from the manager would not recommend anyone going to this hotel. There’s far better than the elethant and I’ve stayed in a lot of nice hotels.!!!! Very poor and let down!!

We had a delux double room for one night as we had an early flight the following morning. The room was clean,tidy with a super comfortable bed. We had lunch at the restaurant which overlooks the beach, the food was ok and the staff were friendly. The hotel is situated in a busy area where you can walk out to the shops and various restaurants. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport, therefore you do hear the planes overhead.

I really enjoyed my stay at Elephant Beach club. I only have good things to say - excellent service, friendly staff, beautiful location, and great entertainment every evening. 10/10 recommend, if ever I come to Koh Samui again, I won't even think about booking anywhere else.

Value of money。The paint on the ground is too slippery if your feet are wet.My hubby accidentally slipped.He hit the head on the wall, luckily it's okay.

very pretty hotel with outstanding location beside the chaweng beach with good price. The staff was very friendly and kind to help for everything. Firework shows at night are free if u live here. highly recommend!

Here for our honeymoon, was a cool spot which was close enough to everything on foot, even easier with a moped. Made our stay very comfortable

It was a nice stay. Good for young ones though, not ideal for families with little kids. Good location. And fresh and new rooms.

Hotel is in a good location. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very chic and the pool is nice. The longer chairs are perfect. Food prices and drinks are a little more expensive compared to other hotels. I would stay here again most likely.

Good hotel with best location but just make sure you dont stay at Friday night if you want to sleep before 2AM. All the local places you can go our by walking. Every Friday there is a party at hotel and its going to painful if you are travelling with Kid. Hotel is expensive compare to others but its fine if you are looking for niche crowd. Hotel does not have any kind entertainment except beach chairs and sofa for the resturent. Everyday same breakfast so best not to include breakfast and you can eat by yourself and everything is just walking in 3-4 min. They even dont give breakfast for children ＜2 year even its bread, milk or curd. You need to pay extra for child breakfast if breakfast included (2 adult) in your stay. Not expecting much but never had this issue with any of family and friends.

The hotel is at perfect location and the parties on Saturday is awesome, perfect for bachelors. Breakfast is just set meal. The only issue is mosquito might trouble but service good that they will provide mosquito repellent.
