A lovely place to stay at in Guangzhou - clean, convenient, modern, with robots delivering your drinks and laundry. Impeccable service from the staff - we were greeted with smiles and helped at every step of our journey. In addition, free fruit and mini bar drinks were delivered to our room, courtesy of the hotel. Very impressed with the service and will definitely stay again.

My first priority when selecting the hotel was the location. It’s near the Guangzhou south railway station and the surrounding area is not crowded and quite peaceful. Although it can be a bit far from the main areas where u want to shop. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We got complimentary breakfast for 2, fruits and even some other snacks. Felt very welcomed.  The breakfast option although, was limited. I wish there were some halal food options or at least more vegetarian options.  The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bed was big enough for a person. They provided all the necessities. Their hairdryer and the iron was amazing!!!! The view was good too. Had a comfortable sleep. However, there were no locks available for the toilet and shower room.  Lastly, we will miss the hotel robot the most. It was the cutest little thing 🫶🏻🫶🏻.

All the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They always do their best to solve out our enquires. The room is big and clean, and the towels are very clean. There is an eating shopping complex just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel so it is very convenient. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay.

This is my second stay at Intercity Guangzhou South. This hotel is situated near the Guangzhou South Railway station, about 5 to 10 minutes drive. The hotel has lovely amenities, comfortable beds, a free mini bar and a good selection of breakfast items. All the staff are warm and welcoming, especially Ms Amanda. 这是我第二次入住广州南城际酒店。这家酒店靠近广州南站，开车大约 5 到 10 分钟就到 - 非常方便。 酒店设施齐全，有免费迷你吧和丰富的早餐。酒店的服务员都非常有礼，尤其是前台的恩华姐姐！期待再次回来！

We are Korean travelers who visited Guangzhou for the CBD Fair. During our 5-night trip, we stayed in several hotels—and this one was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very clean (opened in 2024), and has no odor at all. It’s within walking distance of Guangzhou South Railway Station, which made transportation super convenient. The breakfast had good options that suited Korean tastes. We also appreciated the Dyson hair dryer and the charging ports (2 USB + 2 USB-C). Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Very nice hotel, near Guangzhou South Railway Station (15 min walking). The was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is mainly Chinese style, but has lots of variety. There is also a good coffee shop in the lobby area. Some shops and restaurants within walking distance. The best about this hotel was the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to receptionist Kitty for her help and assistance in very good English. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in this area.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The helped me get around the city and arranged ride for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay near high speed railway south station but is not within walking distance with hauling luggages.

Excellent service excellent hotel just 5 minutes next to the high speed train very convenient I rush for catching the train in 30minutes. Nicole very helpful as well. Will definitely come back in the future

The hotel is modern and nice, the room even though facing a busy road Is quiet. Great service at check in and check out even at night shift in English. 5 minute car ride to the train station.
