Amazing hotel. Direct beach access and plenty of accommodate choices to cater to all kinds of groups. Breakfast is great as well.

Beautiful well-groomed area, beautiful beach, live music and fire show in the evening in the restaurant. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. There are a lot of fish near the shore. Although the rooms are not new, they are spacious and have plenty of storage space. The daughter is delighted with the canopy on the bed. I think we'll come back here again.

Very poor service. Really overpriced. Five stars hotels pricing, two stars service. Two nights spent in a 200USD room, poor quality mattress, bed sheets and pillows. The air conditioner is so noisy that you will hardly sleep. Very basic breakfast. Finishes at 10, at 9 already most of dishes over. The worst, two small bottles of purified water per room (no convenience store around, need to go to another beach). When we asked for more water, the staff wanted to charge us 10 RMB per bottle. A really joke. The hotel is too much in business, expanded a lot but hasn’t hired employees to clean. Very disappointing, Koh Samet has really become overpriced. The beach is good.

Very good and cozy hotel close to the city center. Friendly and helpful employees, very good room. Breakfast is not at the level of the hotel!

Really nice place. However, they were mid renovation when I was there late September so I decided to leave early as the noise and fumes were not ideal. Once the renovation is done it will be exactly what I’m looking for 🙂

Stunning environment, good breakfast, it’s quiet, relaxing and chill, suits for a chill holiday

The hotel has a nice and private location, although the beach is not very large. The rooms are large and have a good bathroom. The weak sides of the hotel are the high prices in the restaurant relative to comparable places in Koh Samet and the service quality of the personell at the reception and in the restaurant. It appears that they need more training. Example: at the outside buffet, the little butter plastic containers are on a plate without any cooling device (e.g., ice cubes) as of 6:30 and, moreover, placed right next to the continously running toaster, which makes the butter extremely soft. A few ice cubes and a different position would improve this so much.

Very good location with nice view

A very good hotel located in a secluded place. There are rooms that already require cosmetic repairs, and there is a renovated part of the hotel. The rooms have everything you need, a good bed with soft pillows, a refrigerator, good hot water pressure. Breakfasts are not very varied, but quite sufficient. The staff is friendly and trying to help with any problems. I highly recommend taking earplugs, because in some rooms the air conditioner is very loud, plus one night someone ran on the roof and made noise (most likely squirrels). In the evening on the beach fire show, very beautiful. Special value - Magnificent beach, very secluded and soulful. The place is absolutely fantastic, especially at high tide. The beach is clean, the sand is fine. There are good free sun loungers. On the beach there are several small restaurants with very reasonable prices and delicious cuisine. Next to the hotel there is a scooter rental, when renting you will need a passport. The hotel is excellent, I recommend to everyone who does not like when there are many people and wants to relax in solitude, but at the same time in a good, comfortable place. This place will be great for a quiet company, a couple or a family with children, the entrance is gentle, children will be very comfortable.

There is a male service staff at the front desk who is very nice. Although we don't speak the language, he is very enthusiastic. My child and I fought for the mountain view room because it is larger than the garden view room, so we chose this one. Because it is divided into new and old specials, it should be relatively old, but I feel it is okay. The big bed in the room is specially designed with flowers, and the water is replenished every day. Although I forgot to tip, someone cleaned the room every day, but the mountain view room is in the back row. My child and I are still a little scared at night, but it is still very close to the beach. You can go swimming in the sea. The water is clean and the sand is also very good. There is breakfast every day, and you can also order food in the cafe in the evening. It is generally very convenient. When you go back, you can also ask the front desk to help call a taxi.

Pros: large spacious room. Quiet hotel. That's where all the pros end! Very stuffy! All because of the peculiarity of the coastline, the hotel seems to be in a bay, there is practically no wind. Mosquitoes feel great here, including for this reason. You go behind the ridge, to the next beach, it's great there, a breeze and not hot. The beach is a 2! No one takes care of it, everything is in needles and leaves. You can only swim near the pier, since on the right everything is in stones and shallow. There is no snorkel, just stones and crabs. Staff work: this is the worst service in Thailand for us. The houses where they accommodate you are made like a townhouse, with 2 rooms. We were a family with a small child, workers were accommodated with us, who were building new rooms right there. Despite the fact that there were a lot of free rooms. The neighbors smoked incessantly, all the smoke went into the house. We contacted the reception with a request to move or tell them not to smoke, it was useless. When buying a room in this hotel, costing almost 10,000 rubles, you expect much more than to live in the next room with workers and breathe in smoke. The breakfasts are weak, not particularly tasty. There are not even fans in the dining room, it is impossible to sit because of the stuffiness. The cafe at the hotel does not match the price.   On the neighboring beach it is tastier and 2 times cheaper.
