Kobe Hotels with Pools

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

Amazing view of the port and landmarks. Such a chill place to stay and relax. The ocean view buffet breakfast was another level, food was great and even greater with the view and music. One point is that maybe it’s an older hotel, the noise proof is not enough, I can feel my bed shake when neighbor closing their door. Also there were many small small bugs flying near the window. But overall it’s a fantastic experience. Will visit again when in Kobe.

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

Sheraton is a very safe international hotel chain, he has a certain standard, in the Marriott system, is the positioning of the senior brand. In Sheraton Kobe, his decoration is quite old, and there is a distance from the city. However, the quality of the personnel is basically online. It is also good for Marriott members. Sheraton Kobe itself is a large building volume. He is configured with railway traffic. There are some shops in the building. The highlights of the facilities inside should be hot springs. Who doesn't love hot springs? There are hot springs without going out, which is great! I like it here, because it is rare. I traveled alone in Japan. The people in this hotel did not discriminate against me, an Asian woman who stayed alone (I checked the online data, and the Japanese really treated foreigners differently! It turns out that I am not just at Dayuan B&B, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and Mandarin Oriental Tokyo have suffered) At Sheraton Kobe, everything I encountered this time was civilized and courteous, thank them for letting me continue to love the Sheraton brand.

The transportation is convenient, the heart-shaped melting tank is romantic, there is a supermarket nearby, there are a variety of fruits, snacks, and lunch boxes to choose from. There is a small shop in the hotel with good desserts.

その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

On the mountain of Arima Onsen, the hotel has a car that can pick you up and down for free. Don't climb the slope by yourself, it's too hard. After the bus or subway comes, call ************** to arrange a pick-up point with the hotel. The environment is very good. Although the facilities are old, they are sufficient. You need to pay another 150 yen per person to soak in the hot spring. You need to make the bed on the tatami by yourself, which is a bit unexpected.

It’s my second time to visit this hot spring resort. I had good time again.It’s great service as my first time experience. I had the 精進料理 for dinner. The waitress told me the name of the vegetable ,how did the chief cook it and what’s the benefit of my healthy.I really enjoy my birthday vegan dinner. There are two rooms and one yard next to my private bath room. I can see the bird in the yard and enjoy my bath in the room. Great staff , Nice room and definitely will come back again.這次是第二次造訪，因為第一次體驗很好所以選擇生日時候來這裡度假放鬆。餐點是精進料理，女服務生對於蔬菜的解說很詳細，我感受到日本人的文化及專業的服務。很享受的生日晚宴。房間裡包含有日式房跟洋式房及一間私人庭院泡澡浴缸及庭院。早晨拉開紙門可以看到庭院的鳥兒叫，陽光透過樹葉灑落在榻榻米上，喝杯茶走到庭院感受有馬山林的空氣，有淡淡的竹子味道，還可以在自己的浴缸看到綠意的庭院，享受早晨的寧靜。當然早餐也是很棒的享受，健康飲食讓身體沒有負擔，整個人可以沈澱的心靈跟身體的resort.感覺很好還會再來。
