Love, love, love the view here! Absolutely stunning and peaceful, t’s the perfect place to just relax and do absolutely nothing. The whole hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent — great variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, I had a wonderful stay… except for one unexpected guest on my last night mr cockroach that seemed way too confident around humans! It definitely caught me off guard, but aside from that little surprise, everything else was great.

One of the best locations, right by the beach, pier, walking street. I booked pool access. It's excellent and the best choice. It feels like an Oasis. Room is big, amenities is excellent. Warm water is good and strong. Air-conditioned is perfect, cool and no smell. Free bottles of water. Service is excellent!! Breakfast is various of choices and impressive. Cons: Bathroom has a smell of the bad water smells every day. Some of the maids,sweeping the dust at the balcony directly to the swimming pool. Unfortunately, i couldn't record the video in time, because I was inside the swimming pool & saw it by my eyes. I had complained it already to the reception when we checked out. Hope, they will be seriously about it. Anyway, sadly, the reviews allowed only pictures, I had the video more than pictures.

Very friendly hotel and convenient location. Beachfront and live band music. Hotel provides around 8 bottles of water a day. Will come back

The staff is kind and excellent, and the rooms are beautiful, however there something iffy going on with the ventilation making the bathrooms and rooms smell like sewage. Decent breakfast. There was also a lot of construction going on in the neighboring area (which is out of their control but keep in mind since it just started).

excellent resort hotel in the best location. we stay 4nights in a pool access room, very comfy and excellent breakfast with variety of choices and the most of all the breakfast is delicious tio.

This resort located on Pattaya beach which is very close to the immigration and also the walking street. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room which is very comfortable and my daughter enjoyed playing in the pool. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties.

Hotel refused our cancellation even though there was a physician's certificate provided. Such a pity as it was beautiful, as seen in the photos

Loved this hotel! Rooms and environment looked just like pictures! Bar workers and restaurant workers were amazing! Pancakes (maple syrup!!!), fresh eggs and bacon plus lots of other options! Zara and Nui were amazing-so helpful and friendly! Greeted us with a smile every morning ❤️Thai tea and roti were amazing! All drinks from the pool bar were perfect! Snorkel trips booked through the hotel. Reef was beautiful and full of fish. Wry close to the walking street with lots of restaurants and bars!

Great location and beautiful hotel! The ocean was so lovely I hardly used the pool at all.

What a beautiful resort this is. Wonderful stay here in a sea view jacuzzi suite room. Room is big and beautiful. Thank you to the staff for beautifying the room with our request. The resort has 2 swimming pools. 1 of the inner shared among the pool access rooms while the other is infront of the beach bar. They also provide massage services right by the lobby area. Very relaxing throughout the entire stay. They also have a 1 for 1 cocktail promotion from 4-8pm daily. Breakfast is a wide spread of different food. From chicken rice to salads to self-make panini and even thai roti. Loved it. Walking street is located just next to the resort. Great convenience. Will return to this resort again if visiting Koh Lipe.

I had the honeymoon room It s Nice but the wifi doesn t work And they will not give you the room if you come with the first boat The breakfast is ok

I am a Thai family and visit here every year to check on my landlord. Since the first year of this hotel, they have had many complimentary services, such as afternoon tea and kindly services, and also breakfast with full service. But this time many things are reduced, starting with service from booking; it is not convenient and not a good operation for customers, such as manners from the manager with whom I deal with them; low service from breakfast; and staff not being as kindly as usual on high prices with high expectations from customers. It only has 1 star total on my site.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and on-site restaurant, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Staff is very friendly , very clean room , good location to walking street! Definitely will come back again
