Had a great time at Cliff Lipe! Definitely wanna be back here again.

The hotel has an island vibe with half-opened bathrooms (avoid if you’re scared of frogs and geckos). We had an issue with door not closing properly but thankfully it was fixed after we reported it. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the area around the hotel when walking to Pattaya Beach is very messy with a lot of trash but that seems to be the case in most of Koh Lipe’s back streets. The hotel area was cleaned daily. The little swimming pool in front of the room looks nice but we didn’t use it because it’s next to the main path in the resort and it wasn’t particularly clean.

This hotel truly surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm, genuine hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my stay—it felt just like home. The room was super clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, giving a true sense of serenity. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Dining at the Season Restaurant is a must-try—such a scenic spot, and the pasta was amazing. The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lipe, I highly recommend this hotel. Totally worth it, genuinely impressed! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable.

Really fall in love in this place..Awesome sunset view. Eventhough private beach quite small , but its still awesome. All the staff really friendly n so kind. Both of us feel welcomed here n will not hesitate to book n stay here again. Big applause to Charlie & Smile for your kind gesture. Thank You.

Wonderful. The perfect hotel on a perfect island. The staff were amazing. The chef was superb. Perhaps there could have been more breakfast options, but overall fantastic.

We stayed 3 nights at villa with a private swimming pool. Pros: Resort has private beach. Quiet circumstances far from center of Lipe town. Cons: Far from town. Expensive restaurant.

Amazing hotel that overlooks the a cliff on Koh Lipe. The resort is quaint and quiet place and we really felt welcomed by the staff who managed to accommodate us very well. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful aroma therapy scent that was really relaxing and therapeutic. Will definitely want to visit again soon. My best wishes to the staff and Thank you for making our stay wonderful and memorable. Food is decent and nice. We were offered snorkeling and kayaking activities and we had so much fun doing it!

Perfect for nature lovers : Pro :Beautiful view for the breakfast, private beach and nice staff. The restaurant is good quality, either for breakfast or dinner. Con : bathroom on open air, so you can shower with mosquitos and frogs visiting the place. Some part of the road are absolutely awful, especially if it rains, but it's not the hotel's fault.

Pleasant hotel with absolutely stunning view of the Sunset from our room. Unfortunately, my foot bled due to broken flooring in Pool Villa 2 however, no apology from the hotel nor offer further assistance. One of their staff, Charlie, immediately attended to my wound when he found me limping at the beach.

Hotel is located in a lovely tucked away location and getting the Tuk Tuk to the hotel is so much fun and allows you to see so much of the island and the local people. The staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast could do with some improvements and getting woken up by a telephone call at 8.50am to ask if we will be having breakfast is not good, especially as it is served until 10am. This is the reason I am not scoring higher

How to say it? There are few comments, maybe there is nothing to do when taking the bus to Hat Yai. It is just a relatively wide B&B, without any hotel service. It is a world of difference to stay in Seren for three days on the island for three days. It is the quality of any hotel on the beach in Lipe for 600-700 baht per night. I can understand that there is garbage on the sea after high tide (I have been to several islands in Southeast Asia, and I can understand that a lot of garbage comes ashore after a storm, and I can't blame the hotel), but I really can't understand that the garbage is not cleaned up and the garbage is on the sea... It is impossible to rest on the beach (the beach is so small that it can be ignored). At least I can see the workers cleaning up the Seren Hotel seriously. The service is really bad. When booking the hotel, it's my fault for not paying attention. I booked one adult and one child. As a result, our family went there. The child's extra bed cost 1,500 baht a night and breakfast cost 400 baht a morning. After communication, they said that I made a mistake and their policy cannot be changed (when communicating, the waiter said that she is a Burmese and does not speak good English and cannot translate Thai...). It's all my fault... I booked the first or second ranked hotel on the island to save your tens of dollars. Haha🫣🫣🫣 The boat at 13:30 in the afternoon asked me to check out at 11:00. Because the Maritime Safety Administration has not yet determined which pier to board the boat, it is not possible to communicate whether I can check out at 12:00. They simply don't care about the guest experience. Anyway, you check out at 11:00 and bye! Fortunately, the hotel by the pier came for 300 baht in two hours so that we have a place to stay! (Pictures and business cards are attached) Anyway, I would like to give advice to friends who are hesitating and haven't booked a hotel yet! When choosing between Salem and this place, you must choose Salem! This place is really rubbish! By the way, the funniest thing is that other hotels provide free kayaking, but here guests staying in the hotel can only use it for free for one hour. If you exceed the time, you will be charged 200 yuan per hour🤣🤣🤣

We booked a garden room, which is not very standard. The garden is small and exquisite and nice. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view of the sunset. Perfect with a cocktail! The breakfast and coffee are better than Sailun (the Sailun format is better and more abundant). The beach is relatively small but it is good when there are lounge chairs and no one is alone. The snorkeling conditions here are not as good as those in Sailun. But there is a floating board to take pictures.
