Check in laborious because the lady insisted to find recent entry stamp to China in my passport. But I said several times that I have living in China for many years and I have the automatic exit and entry service from China customs, without any stamps. Like the Chinese people, Very unpleasant! For the rest, the hotel is highly recommended. Very nice and spacious room. Kindly staff. Convenient price.

I stayed here on both my departure and arrival flights to Yantai. The hotel is just amazing and you can get a room on the highest floor with a great view to the city. It’s also very close to so many attractions here such as the golden beach and Tian square. I just went for a stroll and walked everywhere on foot. The gym has also a gym and nice coffee shop and bar. U can also have a nice breakfast in the morning. All in all, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend it for any future guests. Oh and there’s also a flower shop u can visit. They also helped me with drying my clothes which I left here for 6 days and picked them up on my way back. They were folded nicely. The service is absolutely fantastic.

Location is perfect for visiting the beach. There are plenty of tea within walking distance. Highly recommended the coffee shop on the top floor. You get a great view the coffee is good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. One area for improvement is fixing the equipment in the gym in a timely manner. Two machines were broken when we arrived and still broken when we left 2 weeks later.

Good location - close to the golden beach, shopping malls and park. Even though there is a small kitchen in the room there are no cooling utensils. 02:00 AM another couple on our floor had an argument in our hallway - woke everyone up and lasted for about an hour. They were shouting and the child was crying… this was a bad experience for us.

Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

Yantai Tianma Argyle Hotel is located in the center of the development zone, with convenient transportation and many restaurants. There is the highest cloud cafe in Yantai on the top floor, which is very good.

The customer service attitude is not good. The king-size bed room has to be adjusted to a standard room without exception at the front desk. The bedside socket cannot be charged. The air conditioning panel is broken. The air conditioning restarts every ten minutes. It is impossible to fall asleep. The floor is dirty and the front desk attitude is not good. When there are many people staying, the check-in time is long (three check-in windows, only one is open) The breakfast is rich, but the replenishment is not very timely

The hotel's catering service is also worth mentioning. Whether it is the rich selection of breakfast or the exquisite dishes of dinner, I have tasted delicious food. In particular, the hotel's special dishes made me linger.

The switchboard said that this was the front desk's business and transferred me back to the front desk. The front desk said it was a problem with Ctrip.com and asked me to contact the website myself. I communicated with Ctrip customer service, and they said that first, the hotel did not check the order confirmation after checking in, and second, the order had been checked in, but when the customer applied to cancel the order, the hotel actually agreed, so the cancellation application could not be withdrawn. But after the child came back, he described that the front desk staff who handled the matter yelled at the child's father in the lobby, attracting the attention of all the people present. The child's father asked her if she could continue to stay, but he ignored her. I just want to ask if this is the quality that international hotel service staff should have? Fortunately, you met people from your own country. If it was a foreign friend, wouldn't you embarrass the country? Who gave you the confidence? Not to mention that your hotel has made mistakes again and again, even if it was a customer's mistake, you can't have this attitude. The lady's body is like a maid's life. This kind of person is really not suitable for the service industry. And there is also ambition. When the family went out to ask for parking tickets, they also deliberately made things difficult and delayed the processing. The hotel should really strengthen the quality education of its staff. Also, an international hotel should not lack the money for a landline phone. I called three times but could not get through once. The phone was automatically hung up. I did not know who was responsible for contacting me when I called back.
