We originally planned to stay only a few days, but felt comfortable enough to extend our stay for another week. What stood out most was how easy it was to settle into a routine here. The atmosphere feels relaxed, the property is well maintained, and everything worked smoothly throughout our stay. The staff were welcoming and consistently helpful whenever we needed assistance. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool after busy days in the city, and appreciated having comfortable spaces where we could relax between sightseeing and work. The hotel offered a great balance between value, comfort, and convenience. The surrounding area has plenty of local food options, shops, and useful services, making longer stays very practical. Overall, this was a place we genuinely enjoyed returning to every evening, and extending our stay by an extra week turned out to be an easy decision. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Bangkok!"

"We traveled to Bangkok for a business and family trip and had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and offered an upgrade to a two-bedroom room. Initially, we were not particularly interested in the upgrade, but we later appreciated it because the room had a bathtub. This was very helpful for us since we were traveling with a baby, and the hotel does not provide a small baby bathtub. However, some dust on the floor and since our baby was crawling, dust stuck to the clothes and knees. Water is very important for sterilizing baby bottles and utensils, so we needed quite a bit during our stay. An additional drinking water would be charged if we requested more. Also, there was no bottle sterilizer provided. Breakfast was nice. The space is small but beautifully decorated. The room atmospherer and location are great for a business trip. The only downside was a male receptionist who helped with our luggage during check-out, as he seemed unfriendly and not very willing to assist."

"The hotel is clean and the accommodation is okay, but the service is unacceptable. 1. The receptionist's attitude and demeanor towards guests were inappropriate. Their words and facial expressions were unwelcoming and unfriendly. 2. There's no elevator, so what should guests with multiple large suitcases do? Initially, the service was okay, but it deteriorated later. The staff's facial expressions, demeanor, and words were truly unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable. Every time I went to the reception, I felt like I was being pushed away. For example, today during check-out, I spoke politely to the staff and asked for help. They told me there was no one available to assist and I had to carry my luggage down myself. Sister, I'm on the second floor, not the first! How am I supposed to carry it down without an elevator? They even added, ”If you can carry it down, then do it.” So, I went up and brought down my small bag. I waited downstairs, but no one helped me with the large suitcase. I ended up having to hire a Grab driver to carry it down! This isn't just about that. The main issue is that customer service should be more welcoming and polite. If you've had a fight at home or are angry with someone, don't sit at the reception counter, because otherwise, you'll definitely drive all customers away. 1. No smiles. 2. Unwelcoming words and demeanor. 3. Taking out anger on customers. 4. Gossiping about customers behind their backs. 5. During daytime naps, staff would often knock on various rooms, preventing resting guests from continuing to sleep due to excessive noise disturbance. 6. Unacceptable manners, whether it's during welcoming service or during the stay. We come to relax, not to listen to staff shouting. What I want to emphasize is to please address the issues with manners and welcoming words, because it's truly bad. There's more, but I'll refrain from mentioning it. - Stop gossiping about customers at the counter. - Thank you. I stayed twice. The first time was okay, but the second time was not. I felt pushed away and gossiped about. Even if I didn't hear it directly, I knew because the staff are very gossipy. Thank you. (I will not be staying here again.) The service is unacceptable. I don't know how they manage their staff to provide such service. The price is cheap, the room is good, clean, and beautiful, but if the service is unacceptable, I will not come back. I'd rather spend money on new accommodation with good service and polite staff. #ThankYou#"

"The hotel is quite new, and the lobby is spacious with friendly reception staff. Check-in was quick, and I got into my room in no time. The room was clean and a good size, decorated in warm tones that were pleasing to the eye. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The soundproofing was decent. Amenities were complete, including a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, and toiletries, so you don't need to pack much. It's about a 700-meter walk to Iconsiam."

"The service was quite good. Initially, they gave me an accessible room, but when I asked to change, they patiently showed me four different rooms until I found one that suited me. They weren't impatient at all throughout the process. The facilities are comprehensive. However, even though the hotel has been open for two years, the guest room corridors still have a faint odor. Thankfully, the room itself came with an air purifier, so there was no smell inside. I really liked the room's color scheme and decor, especially the shelf near the entrance – I wish all hotels would adopt that design! The cleanliness was decent; I did find some stains on the duvet cover, but their explanation that it was residue from the laundry detergent was acceptable. The only real downside was the air conditioning; when set to high, the noise was excessive. I brought it up at the time, and the staff suggested setting it to low, which would reduce the noise. My personal advice is that once the room reaches a comfortable temperature, you can just turn off the AC; that's what I do, and the room doesn't get hot even without it on all night. My room was a connecting room with a locked door to the adjacent room, but I could still hear the door closing next door, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

The room was spacious, and considering the price I paid, it was great value for money. There are several restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. Everything is within walking distance, from cheap junk and souvenirs to luxury shopping malls. Check-in was hassle-free, the staff explained everything and helped with the airport transfer. The metro is nearby. It's convenient that there are dishes and a kitchenette. Hot water and air conditioning are available. The furniture is old, but it serves its purpose, and it's a great value in a top location."

"My friend and I stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floors, respectively. The surrounding streets are great for strolling, with lots of lively food stalls and a 7-Eleven nearby. However, this place requires a deposit. My friend overslept when we were checking out and was charged 200. I was on the 3rd floor, room 305 I think? It was incredibly noisy in the mornings! Motorcycle sounds, bird calls. My friend was in 205, which was an inner room and much quieter, though not as spacious as ours. Overall, the place didn't feel particularly new to me. The main issue was the staff member on our check-out day – she was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and gave us dirty looks as if we'd offended her. Avoid her! Also, there's a Michelin-starred noodle shop nearby, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste."

"This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Bangkok! I found out it's a local Bangkok brand, and the hotel ambiance is bright, clean, and comfortable. The room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks, and they even restock them after you finish. My absolute favorite is the breakfast; the variety is incredible, with Western, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese options. I always end up eating too much! This time, they even added a self-serve ice cream cone machine. I heard the pool is great too, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it due to my tight business schedule. It's about a 1km, 15-minute walk from the tram, but the hotel offers a free tuk-tuk shuttle, which is quite convenient. Overall, it's a great place, not just for business travelers, but also perfect for families on vacation."
