"This hotel far exceeded my expectations; everything was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and very clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind. They even helped me with my laundry, drying my clothes and neatly folding them. The breakfast was delicious, and they even offered free supper with unlimited refills! For just over 200 yuan, it was incredibly good value for money. The hotel is also very close to tourist attractions, with plenty of dining options nearby. It was a truly wonderful trip!"

"The rooms and beds were quite spacious, but nothing really wowed me. Let me mention a few things I wasn't happy with. The so-called 'kids' paradise' at this family hotel was just a tiny inflatable bouncy castle – quite a letdown. The towels and bath towels were a bit old. In one room, there were only a few tissues left in the box. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room, but one of the rooms had a distinct smoke smell upon entering. Also, I'm not sure if the booking deposit was collected by the hotel or the platform. Firstly, they charged the room fee again during check-in, plus a security deposit. Secondly, after checking out at noon, the booking deposit wasn't returned until I chased them for it in the afternoon."

"Wonderful hotel. Clean and conveniently located within the ancient town, the hotel offers a full buffet breakfast which includes both eastern and western cuisine. Staying here means you will not need a ticket for entrance. Even the room key has been well thought of. Inspired by Song dynasty design, this hotel exudes a feeling of zen. Check in can be early, check out can be late, freedom is key. You can wonder the ancient town or get transported via the hotel buggy. Staff are knowledge and helpful. Shower comes with a rainforest canopy head, toilet has UV lightdecontamination, beds have firmness adjustment. Chances are you will be exploring the town but if it is raining the hotel offers peaceful courtyards to relax and get memorized by a book or conversation. Will be staying here again."
