"The location is excellent in the heart of Yerevan. The views from the windows are also fantastic, especially from the higher floors. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great; it wasn't crowded, and the selection was wide. It wasn't the standard fare, but rather interesting and delicious options. The juice was natural, and the water wasn't dyed, like in many hotels.
Among the downsides: there weren't enough disposable slippers. They promised a panoramic bar, but it wasn't working on our day. And the worst part was that the shower drain was clogged with someone else's hair, which was causing the water to drain slowly and stand at a height of 5 cm. I reported it to reception, and they sent a worker, but he said they needed a cleaner and left. The hair remained until we left the next day."
