Pros: Beautiful hotel built with it's locality at heart. The Swahili architecture in the rooms especially is top notch. Big, clean rooms with views and balcony. Great staff, Amisi at reception and George at the restaurant were exceptional. Kilifi itself is beautiful so would visit again. P/s - if you can, please visit the spa! Cons: Food was average (buffet dinner and breakfast). These have great room for improvement.

The set up within the hotel is good. Good out door management system. Staff are paying attention to details. The food is tasty and the options of varieties to choose from.

WOW!!!! Where do I even begin Just got back from Silver palms and my experience was SUPER SUPER AMAZING So relaxing...the hotel is waaaaaay BEAUTIFUL... better than the photos online! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Stayed at the Premier Suite with the private pool and to be very honest IT'S THE BEST!!! Infact when am typing all this, I feel like am not doing the resort justice on how GREAT it is . Not only do you have the view of a very calm ocean from your balcony/room,but there's a BREATHTAKING sunrise....oh my goodness...that you see popping up from the "edge" of the water in the ocean! Right at the centre!!!!!Oh my!!!! TOTALLY TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! Barizi spa, those were the BEST 2 hours of my entire stay!! HIGHLY professional! My session with Regina ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC The resort for me is a true definition of a "HIDDEN GEM". The booking process with LiIy was seamless, great guidance, simply delivered beyond what was promised. We had a really really good time . Food TOP NOTCH ... highlight for me was the fish in coconut sauce, beef choma tamu sana sana, vegetables PERFECTO...all pastries YUMMY they did a cake that we had requested soooooo well and sang for us felt SO SPECIAL! Shout out to Amiri at the front desk for a superb check in & check out, the Chef, Lennox, Simple Sam, Remi, Salome, Elias, Mary, Lemmy, security team, Paul & Norman always checking in on us. WHAT A PHENOMENAL TEAM! Lily thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!! I HIGHLY recommend the spa for sure and the sunset dhow cruise SUPER RELAXING...LOVED IT!!! My goodness..I could go on and on If I could, I wouldn't just give the resort a 5 star coz it's ALL STARS AMAZING...just HEAVENLY Home away from home ❤️ Can't wait to go back there MANY TIMES ❤️

The bed and the pillows were the best! I enjoyed every of the bead of the sleep. The warm reception from front office let by Salome and the team. The house keeping team for timely cleaning and off course the delicious meal from the production team. Everything was just exemplary!!

This was my second visit to the resort, and it was just as memorable as the first. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — I especially loved having direct access to the pool right from my balcony. It's such a relaxing touch that makes the whole experience feel extra special. The staff continues to impress with their warm hospitality and attentiveness, always greeting with a smile and going the extra mile to make me feel at home. The buffet menu offered a great variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and always fresh. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great resort; great staff - always have an amazing time at Silver Palms. There are wonderful amenities- gym and spa treatments. The pool is amazing. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. Went there for a work retreat and it was our second time there. One of our favorite places.

I love the place so well kept and clean, food is good and the service is excellent. Charles from the restaurant is very professional I also met Austin an intern chef, kudos to all. Paul the manager was very welcoming we will definitely come back

Had the most amazing stay at the luxurious one bedroom swim up suite with the view of the pool. The room was clean and fresh with the welcoming housekeepers always ready to offer services. The good at the restaurant was soo nice and enticing. Had the best steak ever. The staff are tweeked on. The large swimming pool kept it all entertained

We had a nice experience for the days we stayed, the staff are so welcoming,caring and very helpful. Cleanliness is at top level, the amenities are exceptional, rooms are so spacious and everything well set up. I would recommend this place for anyone who comes to Kilifi and Mombasa at large. My only concern is to ask you improve on the Menu; have more variety foods especially locally made food,reduce on the spices and have fresh food each day, some of the food I think had Lost it's original taste and the feedback was from many people. Hope you Will take it positively and have the same improved. All in all your service is good.

Wonderful workshop the staff were very support organized welcoming .Special thanks to Kelvin,Lemmy, peter Salome and entire reservation team for the great work work your doing.This hotel is one of hotels in my wish list to visit again .Best services feels home away from home.

Our stay was very pleasant, we really enjoyed, the property is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very nice and spacious. I would like to suggest a better choice of pillows and matress, also food consistency in the a la carte menu. Barizi spa was amazing, ask for Regina, she was superb and excellent masseuse. 👏 Chef Salim was very accomodative, he made for us grilled prawns and they were really good. All the staff were very kind and helpful. It's a million dollar view from the hotel, the beach is beautiful, clean clear water till the horizon. The pool is big and clean. We will definitely come back again.
