A lovely hotel, great location, delicious breakfasts and friendly professional staff. The rooms were clean and a nice size. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Booked a lake view room at higher rate. While checking in, the receptionist emphasised that the room was on the top floor and there was a magnificent view. Upon entering the room it was found that the room was already occupied by somebody else.. It was obvious that someone made a mistake by allocating my room to somebody else. Was then given another room just next to the first one and was told that the view was the same. But the so-called lake view room was only a very narrow strip of water afar. Did not complain as it was already late in the evening; planned to leave early in the next morning anyway. Not a good impression.

Everything is good. The decoration and furnishings of the hotel are very tasteful, and the service is old-school and warm.
