I booked two rooms for my friend and family and for myself. Superb rooms. Very spacious. Value for Money. All facilities are included. Nice swimming pool. Amazing breakfast and restaurant staff. Very kind and polite. Supportive pleasant front desk staff and security staff. Elavita front desk officer is very good. She gave full support to book my 2nd room. I feel sad I couldn't stay more days because of back to Jakartha. Lovely pleasant stay. Do not go anywhere. Specially don't book Redoorz hotels. They are scamers. Book this anybody want to go to Purbalingga. Redoorz scamed me

The staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. 👍👍 Several areas of concerns are, however : - The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor. - The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were "gathering" somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose! - The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail! - Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Very disgusting That's all i can think of right now. Thx, 🙏!

Surprised when I found out there was a hotel as good as this in Purbalingga (seen from the application). ************* had the opportunity to stay at Braling Hotel 3D2N. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and quite spacious, No refrigerator, clean bathroom, NO hairdryer, only in the shower area there is always a puddle of water after showering (quite a lot of water left that doesn't flow into the drain) and it's dangerous because the floor is slippery. The swim pool is on the rooftop, the condition is good, quite clean. The location is close to the city government offices and close to the legendary durian ice, the pride of Purbalingga 👍👍. God willing, I will stay here again if I go to Pbg.

Good hotel in Purbalingga, always stay at Bralin when I come here. The hotel is located on the main road, just a bit far from recreation areas and shopping/dining places.

Very worth it, the most comfortable hotel currently in Purbalingga. The service is okay, the staff are friendly, the children are cheerful, the facilities are quite complete, next time if you want to have a staycation in Purbalingga, you will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The room is clean, the kids are happy to be able to swim in the morning, thank you for the service. Continue to improve for customer satisfaction.
