AMAZING STAY.GREAT LOCATION & GOOD FACILITIES. THE HOTEL STAFF ARE REALLY FRIEDLY.

The accomodation gives you a good value for money with a high-level of hospitality, cleanliness, delicious foods and friendly staffs, above all a comfort stay located nearby Thamel. Mostly recommended.

Pros: The service of reception and restaurant were nice. The location is so great. Cons: There was smoky smell inside the room. I wasn’t used to the food that had similar look but different taste that I used to. The only that I really couldn’t stand with was those who welcomed me “with my name” and “helped” with my luggage at the airport required 20USD for tips. I realized at last that there is no need to tip in Nepal. And it seemed that the hotel knew the condition and let it be. Please be noticed not to tip them at such a price and separate the money.

everything is good! boss and staffs are very kind make you feel home. location is wonderful no crowdy and traffic near Temal. wonderful breakfast remind you every morning.

Had a great stay here before and after trekking. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts. Airport pickup and drop off was punctual. Manager of hotel helped us with all the details of our entire trip. Would stay here again.

Our group stayed at the Oasis Hotel before and after our trek to Everest Base Camp. The rooms and the service we fantastic. We stored our bags at the hotel when we went on the EBC trek. Because of weather and the Dashain Festival, we rescheduled our trek to go day later than originally planned. A member of our group came down with Dengue fever on the trek, so we had to return to Kathmandu two days early. Tulsi, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful and was able to find us rooms to accommodate the changes. Tulsi and the staff at the hotel were very engaging, looked for ways to be of service, and always greeted us warmly. The hotel’s location is within easy walking distance to the shops in Thamel, in addition to having a lot good restaurants and cultural sites nearby. Our group was consistently impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the free breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. With the changes we had to our trek schedule, we really appreciated Tulsi and his staff taking care of us. We will definitely stay here when make the return trip to tackle the Everest Base Camp trek again.
