During my stay, the hotel is still under renovation. The swimming pool is close. Nice lobby with lots of seating. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities, like safe box, hair dryer and ….

The hotel was clean and the staffs were really polite and helpful. Food was excellent, definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place. Only downside was some of the facilities were under construction, hence we couldn’t use it.

The mattress and pillows had very bad smell like they had not been replaced for a couple of years. The food in Zing cafe at the lobby was just so so. The plastic table covers generally full of food debris without frequent changing. During the 7-day stay, the service at front desk, restaurant and for our room however was overall up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

In the bustling city of the mountain country, it is quiet and peaceful, the room is clean, the service is good, the hotel is English and the environment is friendly, it is worth a thumbs up 👍

Service: All the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! This is a level that many five-star hotels in China cannot reach! Facilities: The lobby and restaurant are very beautiful ~ the room facilities are about the same as those of the All Seasons. The view outside the window is great (see video). Breakfast: It is quite rich, but it is all South Asian style. It would be great if some Chinese food could be added. The last feature is Butter milk, you must try it.

The decoration of this hotel is very new, and the view from the room is beautiful, especially at night from the 10th floor, you can see the starry night view of the city. The bed is very clean, the food menu is complete, and the hot water for bathing is just right. The location was difficult to find. When I first entered the room, everything was not fully prepared, but later I called customer service and everything was ready. Unfortunately, I did not book a room with a bathtub this time, but overall the experience was great. . 

Oh really.. After being in Nepal for two weeks, it was so nice to come to such a clean accommodation and take a warm shower ㅠㅠ

We walked back to Kathmandu from Pokhara and stayed at Hyatt. Everything was great, just like returning home. We always saw sincere smiles. We ate in the hotel restaurant for two days. The food was delicious and the service was great.

The room was spacious and the accommodation price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this hotel again if I travel to Myanmar.

The overall environment is OK, the service is very enthusiastic but not too close. I am quite satisfied with the luggage storage service. There are many people storing luggage, so I have to check the specific number of pieces. The restaurant is delicious, the best in Kathmandu
