Just oke for the price

The place is nice, the room is spacious, directly facing the sea, there is a balcony. But it is a bit dangerous because the balcony can be entered from the next room too. Please increase the breakfast menu. Thank you.

The hotel is located facing the sea, but unfortunately none of the three rooms we arranged faced the sea, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is very good. The breakfast needs to be improved. The service attitude of the hotel staff is ok but their English needs to be improved. If you want to have a good rest, this hotel is a good choice, but next time I will definitely choose a hotel facing the sea.

Nice location and view. Spacious room and ok facilities. First time trying out this hotel. Bad breakfast spread and no quality of basic food at all..no service and svc staff lady at door dnt even smile or have basic greeting..probably they feel all guest from kampong and dnt complaint so gave canteen food..worse was wen my kids going to the poolside was stop by an old man staff maybe who said only 2 people allowed to use the pool..we hv 2 rooms and to my dissapoinment no rules n regulation and guideline of such patronage as me n my wife stay in Aston karimun no such rules and in other countries malaysia n spore too. I ned a formal from the GM on the above as I'm ambarrased and shame w my family who join us...Management ned to look into this and have duty manager on duty daily to manage guest dissapointmtnet..I'm also hotel management in Singapore and such a waste good location and view but poor service and food n beverage.
