STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS PLACE!!! The location is extremely hard to find, the taxi driver and I took an extra 30 minutes going around circles before we can find it. The location that the host gave out was a complete different address when I got their and realized the location have 2 addresses. (Picture atrached) The host sent me an address with instructions in Chinese and the directions were not clear. He was also very RUDE and told me that I can check out and ask for money back if I don't like the room. It was almost 9pm on a Saturday night and it would be very difficult for me to another hotel. For travelers don't speak or read any Chinese would be impossible to stay here. Also a local taxi driver told me no one can locate where Nanping Rd unless you are a local ********* and Xinqing Rd is the actual address. So what is the point posting on Trip.com if you can't even dealt with English speaking travelers??? You should take down your listing and post to somewhere else if you can only communicate in Chinese! Don't try to scam travelers!!! It's a guesthouse with walk up and no one is at the service front desk when you arrived. It's a self check in service. The listing itselves looks like a hotel but it's not. Don't come here if you have suitcases because it's a walk up to 4th floor and I ended up leaving all my suitcases on the first floor and only brought stuff that I need to the 4th floor. I also need to wait 30 minutes to have the host to come in to turn on the internet router. Also no hot water kettle in the room, you need walk down to the first floor to get hot water. Pain in the butt!! One of the worst experience booking a hotel in Taiwan.😡😡😡😡😡 Trip.com did compensate me US$10 and thank you for understanding and I hope future travelers don't need to deal with these hassels next time.

The room smelled a bit stuffy and there was dust behind the couch. There were also a few cockroaches. The bedding was clean. It’s located close to the bus route and MRT station with a shopping mall close by.

Location is decent and rooms are big and clean. This is a self service room with no lobby so you can't leave your luggage until check in time. Will be a bit confusing for guests who cannot read mandarin. Phone support is decent.

My hotel experience was so great because of very convenient and accessible to all establishment you needed. Only a walk away from the hotel, so quite and very friendly staff. I will book again in the near future.

If you come by car, there is a parking lot next to it, which is very convenient. There is Ruifeng Night Market nearby, which is a 10-minute walk away, which is pretty good. The hotel bed is quite easy to sleep on, and it is clean and tidy. I don’t know if the shower head in the bathroom has water pressure. Problems may be big or small, and the water may be very hot, lukewarm, or cold. The shower head itself is also a bit old, and water spurts out from the water pipe, so the water output itself is small, which makes it even harder to wash. We stayed in the Bali style room on the fourth floor

It’s a B&B with good CP value, but it’s quite close to Ruifeng Night Market for one night. If you don’t have any special requirements, it’s a good choice.

If there is no requirement to renovate an old house, the housing price is reasonable. It’s just about traffic.

The room is OK There is no shower gel and the door is not easy to lock. The bathroom water is very small and not hot enough

Friendly service, very close to the MRT station within walking distance, convenient

I ran out of shampoo and didn’t refill it. There were mosquitoes. The remote control didn’t work. The location is pretty good. I hope it can be run seriously. It’s not like I just made a bed and slept in it. I checked out directly at night and went back to my own home to sleep. It was not worth the money.

The price is favorable, the transportation is convenient, and it is prosperous yet quiet. For B&Bs, apart from communicating with the waiters via phone calls and messages, I didn’t see a single waiter until I left. Personally, I prefer this one, which gives it a feeling of freedom. But for some people who are unfamiliar with life, , there may be some changes🙏

Service is less friendly with customers. No hot water in the morning

The location of the B&B is excellent, close to the MRT, the Arena Business District, and Ruifeng Night Market. The price is relatively affordable at this location. What I suggest needs improvement is that there are ants running around in the room. Generally, there are some ants in homes but very few in B&Bs. I encountered that the water in the shower head could not get stable hot water no matter how I adjusted it. It could only be fully heated (too hot), or it would turn to cold water soon after it was adjusted to warm water. There was also the sound of water running in the bathroom. Cleanliness, water and electricity are far below the average of B&Bs and budget hotels on the market today.

This is a simple B&B close to Hanshen, Dome, and Lotus Pond. There is a night market next to where you can eat. There are many choices. The transportation is very close to the light rail station. It takes about 6-8 minutes to walk. It is very convenient to reach the main attractions. You can search for arrangements. . Although it is a self-service check-in, the procedure is very simple. In conclusion, this is a B&B that is convenient, simple and meets CP value.
