Beautiful big room, quite a walking distance from the city though. But great hotel with loads of amenities like teas, coffees, refreshers and complimentary water. Overall great big room definitely worth for its price.

Good value for dollar. Service is good. Staff is friendly. Food is not bad either. Location is average but overall satisfaction

Enjoyed our staycation. Paul the duty manager and Dean went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. Look forward to returning.

Very good location. Great view from room

Very disappointed, not a 5 stars hotel (not slippers, toothbrush, bathrobe.. in room). Small and poor room. Pool and pool area very dirty with old beer bottle on sofa. Microwave and guest laundry very old on basement parking. Roofftop bar closed (open only a few days by week). Parking is not free, so we parked our car in the street. At the check out, hotel charged me 4 days of parking !!!

It was perfect everything all the workers were very friendly, only thing was room service was very expensive but that’s to be expected otherwise PERFECT STAY

Recommended. Service it's ok. But when I checked out, the woman's reception was friendly. Check out pretty quick. Free laundry that U need do it by yourself. The Hotel can do an early check-in, which is the best option. The hotel smells nice.

Spacious room with good river view. Plenty of car parking spaces. Gym and pool are a bit small. Furniture and facilities in the room is a bit old-fashioned but the service is good.

Concierge staff all lovely. It was sadly a hotel that showed its age - old dirty carpet and shower /bathroom was dingy. Bed was however comfortable.

A hotel with a Great location and nice city view. Spacious room incl. separate living room and a large balcony. On site laundry and (paid) parking available. Downside was that AC temperature cannot be controlled from the room panel, you need to contact everyone/ (several) time(s) the reception for this.

Kind receptionist, spacious space and nice location. I am fully refreshed and ready for my solo travel here in Brisbane( tho it rains on the day I leave lol)

The hotel is easy to get to, has ample parking available (at a small cost), stunning rooms and attentive staff. We only had a quick fly in fly out one night stay with an early check out due to personal restrictions but we will definitely be coming back.

Location is good. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is relatively good value for Brisbane ;-)

The hotel is close to the Point Cliff Park which is enjoyable to walk around. The staff is friendly and helpful
