1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

Best value and satisfaction even including the 4 and 5 star hotels of our trip. The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

The parking lot at the door is convenient. Although the room is not big, it is reasonably decorated, has everything you need, and is clean and tidy. Night lights are convenient and non-glaring. Smart toilet. The shower water is big. The bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was average, not heated well and a bit cold.

Not ideal for this price not worth it, just superior location, but it can only be a hostel, poor sanitary conditions, full trash cans no one cares. Without a refrigerator, the front lifter does not 𢤦 Cantonese, for the National Language Co., Ltd. can not communicate. I booked a deluxe room but gave me the lower 4th floor demanding but ignored. Deluxe rooms are only worth regular rooms. 

The Jiangmen Kaiping Donghuicheng Hotel where I stayed this time is a very good hotel with convenient parking, clean facilities and environment, high-quality staff and considerate service. What touched me even more was that my wife left her gold earrings on the bed, and they called me after they found them and mailed them to me via logistics.

The front desk service attitude is very good, the room is very clean, there is a charging station next to the downstairs, which is very convenient for charging, and there are many food nearby

The hotel is in a prime location, just opposite Donghui City, the most prosperous and lively place in Kaiping. There are also many apartment-style hotels in Donghui City, which are much cheaper, but the overall feeling is not as good as here. The front desk service guy was polite and kind, and upgraded the room. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Kaiping.
