everything was great about this hotel! don’t have any complains about it ☺️ love everything about it, the mall is right across the street!

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

Best value and satisfaction even including the 4 and 5 star hotels of our trip. The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

The room was 1.8 beds and had a city view. While small, it had separate wet and dry areas and was relatively clean and bright. The only downside was the loud flushing of the smart toilet. I don't know if it was due to the noise from the neighboring room, but the soundproofing in the room was average. The traffic on the street wasn't noisy at all. The hotel service was attentive. Even though the weather was hot, the lobby had a self-service beverage area with a refrigerator stocked with water, herbal tea, and coffee, which was very generous. The front desk and housekeeping were both polite, friendly, and helpful. Free parking is available, and the hotel is across from a shopping mall, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The breakfast had a limited variety, but it was satisfying and satisfying.

Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The only drawback was the poor soundproofing. At night, a few women were talking in the hallway, which was a bit noisy. I could clearly hear the door being closed in the next room late at night, and sometimes I could hear noises from the room above.

I have stayed in many hotels, but I still like the City Convenience Hotel the most. It is very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is very good. I will stay here again next time.

Booked a high floor, not a corner room or one near the elevator. Arrived on the second floor. Booked a king-size bed, but was given a Q bed. The front desk was average.
