This hotel is super closed to MTR Yau Ma Tei, easy going and surrounded by foods and can walk easily to Mong KoK. We love it. Service is very good.

Good environment, clean rooms and nearby amenities. Very near to MTR - Yau Ma Tei. Less than 300M walk. There's a water cooler at the hotel lobby and the hotel staff from the front desk to security and room attendants are all well trained. Very courteous and smiley. Most of them speak good English and Mandarin other than Cantonese. Thank you for the pleasant experience. We will be back again should my family visit Hong Kong in future.

Our new go to hotel for our visits to HK. Fabulous location..shopping and food nearby.. close to mutliple mtr exits A2 or D, comfortable bedding, water to refill bottles in the lobby. Friendly housekeeping and staff. The room was a great size for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be back.

Came here after 16 years still the best hotel amazing staff and excellent service. Close to all amenities shopping, MTR, and restaurants.

The room is extremely small and can’t even fit an open luggage. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower space is ultra small too!! And you can’t adjust the room aircon temperature which was super weird Location is great. And they have water cooler at the lobby. That’s the only good thing about this place.

The room was spacious and the location was near to major sights and night markets. Great experience staying in YMCA Hotel. The City Cafe food are also delicious.

The location is strategically located near Yau Ma Tei MTR, hotel is clean and bigger in size. Besides, they have drinking water machine at the lobby which I think is a plus point. The staffs are friendly too.

location was good and near to several food places. bed is a little dusty and its beside a hospital with the windows looking into the hospital; some may find this an issue when sleeping otherwise all good

Location is good n near MRT, the only bad thing is the hotel located between hospital and bomba, you can hear ambulance siren all the time, especially at night.
